Sa Tanchitta In Ulà tirso

I discovered this place by chance. We were two people from Tuscany, and we drove for 3 days. The place is very large and has picturesque nature. For those seeking comfort and tranquility, I recommend it away from the noise of the city. The room is clean and has a very beautiful traditional character. There are many animals. The food is beyond words. Large, very delicious dishes. They make everything by hand, including the cheese and red wine. The owner is very kind and has a great mind. You don't feel like you're on a farm, you feel like you're a guest. It was an absolutely wonderful experience, we'll be back.

It was four days of paradise. I'll start by saying I had no idea what I'd find, otherwise I would have decided to spend the entire ten days there. You're immersed in Sardinian tradition, with the owner offering advice and pampering to the fullest. We decided to eat at Sa Tanchidda every day because of the delicious homemade dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed like few other places in Europe, like being at your grandmother's house, where you can enjoy the silence and laughter with family. The price seems more than excellent. What can I say? It's a new place in my heart. See you soon, and I can't wait to return!

A place to relax surrounded by nature. Welcoming staff, perhaps a bit tactful but very approachable. Clean and simple rooms. A good base for visiting the Oristano beaches, with excellent value for money, even if you're not too demanding. Dinner is available...we didn't try it.

At Tanchitta, you'll find people who will make you feel at home, not with superficial smiles or cheapness, but with genuine kindness and the commitment they put into making you eat wonderfully without being overpriced! The breakfasts are out of this world, lunches and dinners will have you staggering away. Gino's wine is devastating. And at the end of the holiday, I was even really happy with the price of the food, which unfortunately is far from a given these days. To conclude, perhaps the most important point: my impression is that with people like this, you know that whatever happens, you're not dealing with just a business owner, but with someone you can count on!

An ideal solution in central Sardinia if you want to travel daily to the island's various destinations. The farmhouse is located in the municipality of Ula Tirso, not far from the town center and the Tirso River. This is a true family-run farmhouse. The owners, two brothers, Gino and Diego, are available for anything you might need. Breakfast is rich and plentiful. Dinner is a traditional farmhouse set menu, including an appetizer with local products, a first course, a second course, a side dish, and fruit. Coffee and Amaro are offered on the house. Recommended if you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

We enjoyed the property as a base for exploring Sardinia, both the east and west coasts, and as a strategic base for exploring both the sea and the mountains. A constantly evolving property, authentic, homemade food, and a welcoming and always helpful staff. A truly relaxing place. Thanks to Diego, Gino, Aliù, and their friends Daniela and Marco for their hospitality and helpfulness. We spent wonderful evenings in their company. We'll be back soon.

We had never been to this agriturismo before. The staff were welcoming, and the food was excellent, featuring typical local ingredients. The air-conditioned space kept us cool from the summer heat, which is not a given at other agriturismos. The location is quiet, easily accessible, and surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended!

We chose to stay at Sa Tanchitta for the Samugheo masquerade event... and we couldn't have made a better choice! A truly incredible place, surrounded by nature, with an authentic family management: everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. We asked if it was possible to be dropped off and picked up from the festival (which is about 15 km from the village), and Gino, the owner, was incredibly kind: he didn't hesitate to drop us off and pick us up, even though it was late. The rooms were clean, fragrant, air-conditioned, and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade local products, simply perfect for starting the day. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, sincere hospitality, and an authentic stay away from the chaos of the city.
