We had a wonderful meal, with truly thoughtful and flavorful dishes. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The location is stunning, and being a farmhouse, the atmosphere is authentic and welcoming. The cuisine perfectly reflects a family tradition revisited with a modern twist, where the simplicity of the dishes surprisingly highlights the flavors of yesteryear. It was truly a memorable experience, and we highly recommend it! A heartfelt thank you for the dedication and passion you put into your work. It's wonderful to know that such authentic establishments still exist, capable of showcasing authentic flavors and making people feel at home.

We went for lunch on May 1st.
The location, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, wasn't difficult to find and, in my opinion, it was beautiful. From the first minute we arrived, we felt welcomed. There were seven of us, and they let us choose a table, which isn't for everyone, considering we were with two small four-legged friends.
Excellent service, starting with the owner, who explained the off-menu dishes in detail, and ending with the friendly, attentive, and never intrusive young waiter.
The food was truly delicious: the pork salad was delicious—the stuffed artichokes were out of this world—and three varieties of ravioli that my friends made me try, one better than the other; the lamb stew was amazing.
As for dessert, I highly recommend the fried ravioli.
In short, a truly peaceful place to go and savor a bit of Sardinia.
The prices were more than fair.
We all left happy with Sa Ruscitta.
Congratulations to everyone, you'll see us again soon, thank you.

I went to La Ruscitta exclusively for Easter lunch with my family and friends; I didn't get a chance to see the rooms. The place, however, is beautiful and comfortable. Lunch, alas, didn't fully satisfy us. The appetizers were all very good, perhaps a little more would have been appreciated. Among the first courses, the white lasagna with artichokes and sausage was very good, while the malloreddus with mutton ragù tasted like nothing. I'm writing this because I've eaten that type of pasta with that meat several times and always found it amazing, but not this one. The suckling pig and lamb were quite good. Dessert was another sore point. The only choice was pardule; there was nothing else. I'm not saying you should show up with trays of desserts, but they could have at least offered two or three Sardinian desserts, especially since pardule aren't everyone's cup of tea. We complained, and the only other option was the seadas, which were off-menu, so you had to pay extra, and it wasn't all that great. For 55 euros per person we were not satisfied.
