The porceddu was not what I expected. I'm used to tasting meat that melts in your mouth, but here I found a very different porceddu. The skin was very thick and tough, and small black hairs on the pig could be seen. The meat didn't cut easily with the knife and was slightly chewy, almost as if it had been boiled.
Another very strange aspect is that, before my eyes, there was the area where they cooked the porceddu. I noticed that they were only cooking half a porceddu, and it was quite large too. However, while we were served small pieces, that porceddu continued to turn on the spit until 10pm, when it was then served to the gentlemen at the table next to us, just as we were enjoying the sorbet.
So my question is: wasn't the pork I ate freshly cooked?
The service was a little slow. We arrived with an appointment at 8pm, we were seated after 10 minutes despite the place being half empty and at 8.30pm we had to call the waiter to ask to order. We chose the aubergine meatballs and the porceddu with potatoes for two people. The four meatballs arrived at 9pm and only after another 30 minutes did the porceddu finally arrive.
The place wasn't very full, there were many waiters, but beer, meatballs, bread and porceddu were each served to us by a different waiter.
Meatballs and potatoes were good but otherwise... I hope they can improve things...

Review only and exclusively for the dinner we did not stay.
The place is truly beautiful and surrounded by nature.
The road to get there is quite bumpy, so be careful if you have low cars!
The dishes that were served to us were all truly delicious from the mixed appetizer to the final dessert, the seadas
A compliment in particular to the truly delicious pasta with white beef ragout!
The service needed to be completely overhauled, the waiters wandered around the tables without even knowing where to go with the dishes getting cold in their hands.
5 stars for location and cuisine
3 stars for being generous with service.

The place is on the top of a hill, the road to get there is a bit bumpy.
The place is in an oasis surrounded by olive trees and peace and serenity are sovereign.
The furniture is a little old.
The farmhouse offers excellent Sardinian and home-made dishes on a fresh and panoramic terrace

we only had dinner on Saturday evening in a beautiful location. We ate well but I wouldn't go back, if not for the very kind lady who seated us and took the orders.
I hope that next time the porceddu arrives hot at the table and that the requested doggy bags are not forgotten and not prepared, thank you.

The place is very beautiful! The cuisine is typical Sardinian... the malloreddus and culurgiones are really excellent, not to mention the suckling pig! The only "flaw" if we want to call it that is the bill... I found the prices very high
