The restaurant is very nice especially the garden area, the food is really excellent and very plentiful and the staff is very kind, I recommend it to anyone who is in the area

A really nice farmhouse just outside Porto Rotondo! The classic calm and quiet place, surrounded by greenery.
Really excellent welcome and friendly staff.
Unfortunately we were a little disappointed by the dinner; in a farmhouse you always expect to eat very well, and driven by the good reviews we wanted to try the procedure (to book in advance).
We took simple Sardinian pecorino as an appetizer. It was good, but with a little more attention you give it an extra boost. They brought us 4 simple pieces (cut some time ago given the light layer of oxide around them) served in a saucer without any garnish or anything else. A sauce, something to accompany it and a slightly more refined plating would be enough to make even a simple cheese more pleasing to the eye. And maybe it's cut at the moment!!
Speaking of the procedure however, I was really disappointed. It was barely warm and after 5 minutes it arrived it was actually already cold. The skin was not crispy, but springy, a sign that it was reheated. Overall, the meat was also tender but it would have been even more so if it had been hot. It is served with truly amazing baked potatoes; super crunchy and delicious!
As you can see from the photos, the waste of suckling pig was really a lot; Nonetheless, we left full and it didn't feel too heavy at all.
They earn points for the fact that they are equipped for gluten-free (they also brought us gluten-free carasau). They don't have gluten-free desserts other than a packaged tiramisu, which we didn't take though.
I was hoping that they would offer us myrtle at the end of the meal, but that wasn't the case; too bad, because I usually expect it in a farmhouse.
High prices considering that for what we ate we spent €72 for 2.
In all honesty, I don't know if I would go back; maybe just to taste the fish.

We had dinner during our week-long holiday in Sardinia, overall we would recommend the property. The garden is very beautiful and we suggest you request a table in it, the veranda, being closer to the road, is affected by the position. The menu is mainly based on fish dishes, we preferred to try the land options, the culurgiones (super recommended) and the seadas. Unfortunately, Porceddu is not present on the menu. The service was very friendly and professional!

The restaurant has free parking available and, being far from a town, it is cheaper than those in Porto Rotondo or Golfo Aranci. Despite this, the quality is not lacking, Sa Runda offers a large menu with typical meat and fish dishes. It is suitable for hosting small groups but also couples and families with children. I recommend trying the appetizers and a fish or local first course. Very friendly staff and available for any doubts. Restaurant worth a visit if you are in the area.
