We went to the 9.30pm shift. The chairs were covered in crumbs and other dirt from previous customers. The waitresses didn't consider us for long and we didn't eat until 10.30pm. The staff generally ignored us all evening, so much so that even though we wanted dessert we went to another place to get it. I would add that we saw the waiters using their cell phones while we were looking for their attention, I understand that they could perhaps be responding to other customers for reservations/takeaways, but I think there should be attention to the room first.

Inizio la recensione dicendo che non abbito ad Iglesias e nemmeno nelle vicinanze ma a Cagliari. Scendo molto dico molto volentieri ad Iglesias per mangiare la fantastica pizza, che fanno un questa meraviglia pizzeria dove trovi anche del personale molto accogliente e pronto alle richieste dei clienti facendoti quasi sentite a casa tua. Consiglio vivamente questa pizzeria e credetemi non ve ne pentirete.

Ottima pizza fatta benissimo con ingredienti di alta qualità in un piccolo locale storico nel centro di Iglesias. Unica nota negativa riscontrata nella mia esperienza è stata la completa mancanza di cordialità e professionalità da parte del personale di servizio, dall’accoglienza all’organizzazione delle prenotazioni sia per la scelta che nella gestione della priorità di sala , per non parlare della condizione climatica del locale che era alquanto fredda per chi rimane seduto ma loro hanno preferito che dei clienti andassero via piuttosto che scaldare l’ambiente per la felicità di tutti gli ospiti. Più che camerieri sembrano dei capi padroni che stai infastidendo.

Happy to have discovered this pizzeria, also because I know it is also in Cagliari, therefore closer to me! I'm happy to have discovered you because it's not easy to find a pizzeria that makes real gourmet pizzas! In fact, sometimes I'm very wary, especially after having found so many pizzerias that boast gourmet pizzas, with menus made up of super descriptions and just as many super high prices, which provide a lot of showcase, but which then serve you a simple pizza like so many others! Here, however, the pizza is truly a gourmet pizza, which arrives at the table already cut and with every single slice well stuffed with fresh, quality and well-balanced ingredients! Really congratulations! The service was also to our liking! I will undoubtedly recommend it and I will come to visit you in Cagliari too!

Lavori In Corso

27/10/2024: I stumbled upon Lavori in Corso with colleagues after a workday nearby, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality. Each dish was clearly prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients, giving a true taste of Sardinian tradition. The restaurant itself is small, but if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, you’re in for a genuinely enjoyable experience. The menu is limited, yet it offers something for various tastes, which adds to the charm. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is a slight rigidity from the kitchen with small requests – they stick closely to the menu, even for minor adjustments or combining appetizers onto a shared platter. Despite this, I highly recommend it; it’s one of those unexpected finds that adds so much to Italian dining tradition.
12/10/2024: By far the best restaurant we visited while our stay in Sardegna. Traditional dishes, very well prepared and with a little tweak. The prices are a bit above average, but it's totally worth it. Highly recommendable.

Ristorante Gazebo Medioevale

04/04/2025: A medieval experience not to be missed! I went to this restaurant and was thrilled with it. The atmosphere is unique: stone walls, medieval decorations with attention to the smallest details and soft lighting that makes everything even more evocative. The food is simply delicious, with dishes prepared with quality ingredients and particular attention to presentation. The staff is highly trained, helpful and always kind, ready to recommend the best of the menu. A detail that particularly struck me was the bathroom, a real highlight. Here, toothpaste, deodorant, hand cream and many other useful products are available to customers that make anyone feel at ease, like at home. A restaurant that I highly recommend to everyone, both for the quality of the food and the attention to the customer. Congratulations to the staff for the excellent service! I will definitely go back.
23/03/2025: Excellent experience, delicious food and welcoming staff. Good value for money. The bathroom was spotless and had soap, wipes and sanitary napkins available. Super recommended!
