Overall experience neither good nor bad. We had a grill for two with a side dish: average meat, cooked on the grill, not roasted. The roulade was less successful, unfortunately lacking in flavor and covered by the taste of the pepper. In a land rich in products with a strong character, the cooked meat and the primo sale do not leave their mark. It would have been appreciated to be able to choose the cuts of meat to grill: in a butcher's shop, not offering this possibility is a missed opportunity. Considering the price, you expect something more.

There is nothing more elegant and authentic at the same time. Professional but familiar. This is a 40-year-old butcher shop that 4 years ago decided to cook its excellent product for four or five tables. Many thanks for everything.

I believe that the true value of a restaurant lies in the people who work there, and in this case they have been able to raise this restaurant to a higher level. The perceived empathy, sincere sympathy, together with professionalism and exquisite kindness, make it a remarkable experience. Added to this is very high quality food, with truly superlative meat. Without a doubt, for me it is the best restaurant in San Vito Lo Capo. Particular praise goes to Juan Pablo, whose dedication was truly exceptional.

The Rugirello location is stylish and cozy. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed. The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive. What was particularly nice: Even though it wasn't on the menu, they prepared a delicious caprese salad especially for me. The appetizer platter was also very tasty and left us wanting more. An absolute highlight were the Busiate alla Norma - the tomato sauce was so incredibly good that even though I was already halfway full, I emptied my plate down to the last bite. They were by far the best Busiate alla Norma that I ate during my stay in Sicily. The evening was rounded off with an excellent selection of wines. All in all, a wonderful culinary experience that we look back on fondly.
