Roman restaurant in Maremma Toscana, really intimate and very welcoming. We ate really well, the staff makes you feel at home. The terrace where we ate is beautiful. It made us want to go to Rome. Highly recommended!!!

The place is small but has a terrace. At the time I asked myself a Roman place in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma but why? Then I went in the carbonara was super but the sublime tail I have no words. After a couple of hours we are still talking about it. To conclude the orgasmic maritozzo in my opinion. They really know what they are doing in the kitchen and the guys in the dining room also know their stuff. I recommend it with full marks

Lo so. Siamo in Toscana e si va a mangiare in un ristorante romanesco? Beh si. Comodo da raggiungere dall’hotel ci sembrava la soluzione migliore rispetto a quelli proposti da Tripadvisor. Buona cena, personale vestito in costume, solo il conto mi è sembrato un po’ più caro della media. Mia sensazione però ci tornerei.

Trattoria volutamente stile classico, personale cortese e cibo molto buono...matriciana, cacio e pepe e carbonara ottime...prezzo giustissimo, quindi consigliato.

Cozy and well-kept place. We had lunch in the garden, where we had a great time. Mr. Fabio (manager in classic Roman attire) is a very polite and thoughtful person, as is the rest of the staff. The Roman tripe and the Judean-style artichokes are worth tasting, but the amatriciana is absolutely the best. All this, at balanced and reasonable prices. We will definitely be back. See you soon!👍

We finally ate in a good Roman restaurant, very good first courses but the gripepe was a little too peppery, certainly by mistake, delicious artichoke and very good desserts. It's just a shame that there was little space around the tables and so much waiting but we were offered a limoncello made by them that was so good that we would have liked to buy it.
