Nice location in the countryside offering Sardinian and Roman cuisine. Warm and friendly welcome. Dynamic service from those with experience. We ate the shepherd's appetizer and malloreddus... The tiramisu served in the cafeteria disappeared before taking the photo 😂😂

Staying at Rugantino is like staying at home... with family where you can find food, professionalism and friendliness. We ate very well and spent little compared to many other restaurants that rob you and leave you with an empty stomach. I really recommend you try this delicious food.

Venendo al Rugantino non sbagli, che sia Fregula, oppure Amatriciana, o maialetto, è sempre un tripudio di sapori. Posto con ampio parcheggio, servizio eccellente, il Tiramisù eccellente, assieme al conto corretto in rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Very kind owner, very good cuisine and full of flavour. They greeted us with a welcome of hot and crunchy chips. Unforgettable fried appetizer but the big surprise were the first courses: top carbonara and matriciana. Must try!

However, the menu is very limited, but the beer selection is more extensive. The covered terrace with benches is very quiet, as it's in a quiet square.

12/06/2025: Came for lunch on our first full day in Rome - the pasta was amazing! Tried Amatraciana for the first time and theirs was the best I had the entire trip - the zucchini flowers and clam pasta were great as well!
08/06/2025: It was very tasty and cozy. Very unusual desserts.
