01/03/2025: Perfect dinner or almost, we ate really well especially appetizers and first courses where the roasted tongue and oxtail meatballs stood out, but also the oxtail genovese and the carbonara were really excellent. Only two flaws, one on a dessert that was about to ruin everything (in our opinion) the Ambrogio ricotta served with orange is not a good choice, to be avoided, then the second problem is not having any sound-absorbing panels on the walls which, in a place with vaulted ceilings, are essential to avoid too much confusion that is created ruining the atmosphere. Super tiramisu and also the yogurt mousse. Recommended place but which would easily reach 5 stars if only it solved the problem of confusion amplified by the type of architecture and if it perfected some small details on some second courses and especially on that terrible dessert with that orange that can leave a bitter taste in the mouth in every sense.
