The rooftop terrace is definitely worth a visit if you want to enjoy a cocktail with an amazing view of the Colosseum. It’s a great spot to relax and take in the scenery. However, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for the food. For a place in Rome, the carbonara was bland and lacked flavor, and the pizza tasted like it was frozen and made with cheap ingredients. Come for the drinks and the view—not the food.

Entorno perfecto, con un fondo impresionante. Gran comida, precios similares a cualquier otro lugar, y la joven anfitriona increíble que nos hizo sentir extremadamente especial. Haga reservas que tuvimos suerte con la lista de espera.

Fantástica comida, a un precio muy razonable. Teníamos una reserva para la cena, pero comenzó a llover, así que el personal nos reorganizó felizmente una mesa para el almuerzo. Nos sentamos arriba con vistas al coliseo que era impresionante. El personal tan amable, muy impresionado y se sorprendió de lo razonablemente caro que era teniendo en cuenta la vista increíble y la comida es deliciosa, probablemente volveremos antes de que nuestro viaje termine.

25/05/2025: Osteria del Cavaliere is located in the San Giovanni area in a small street that connects the Tuscolana to the Appia road, impeccable service and EXCELLENT food not to mention the bill. The place is unfortunately not very big, ideal for those looking for a bit of intimacy, I recommend booking. Enjoy your dinner
25/05/2025: The food ingredients are fresh and the service is very delicate. I made a reservation at the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Italy, and it was by far the best food I had during my trip to Rome. Everything I ordered was delicious. The desserts were creamy and delicious, but sweeter than the ones I had in Korea. I would like to visit again next time I visit Rome.

24/05/2025: All of Rome… and all of Italy on your plate. Every bite excites you and what can I say, you feel at home… Finally a corner of taste, simplicity and true Rome. Bruschetta, courgette flowers, first course, dessert, coffee, amaro, coffee killer and tozzetti… for only €20. A unique and rare place. I highly recommend it.
21/05/2025: Set lunch: appetizer, pasta of your choice, dessert, coffee, water will cost 12€ the price is very pleasant especially if you are traveling on a budget, the quality of food is at the highest level. I will return to this establishment again
