Every year, we look forward to returning to the Roxy Bar and its kind manager who works so hard to offer us all her delicious Italian ice creams and pastries. Yesterday, we discovered the "Hugo Pina Spritz" special. ;-) A real treat, so refreshing and so good. The fig and walnut ice cream is to die for; we don't have anything like it in Belgium! The mixed berry and cherry ice creams are the best in the world. Hats off to these exceptional artisans for their dedication to a job well done!
