Passing through Nardò We made a series of calls looking for a pizzeria with gluten-free pizza And after many failures because they offered us industrial pizza bases, We tried Rostipizza Mania and they told us that Mario makes the pizza bases there! We trusted them and it was the best choice. I've never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza, from the base to the toppings. It's more of a takeout pizzeria with just a few tables, but it was worth it. Well done, Mario and the pizza chef. Delicious!

20/08/2025: Is there a better place than Berlin? NO! The pizza is excellent, not the usual Neapolitan pizza, but a genuine old-fashioned kind: thin and crispy! The best croquettes in the world, washed down with a nice Dregherre beer. No contest.
