Rosticceria Moscara In Galatina

This rotisserie is famous for its rustica with tomato, mozzarella, and béchamel sauce. They also make pizza by the slice, arancini, panzerotti, and focaccia with various flavors (such as gorgonzola and artichoke, fresh chicory, etc.), but my favorite is the freshly fried canapés! I highly recommend them!

Moscara, known as "Pico Pasi," is a true classic in traditional Salento cuisine, serving high-quality, local rotisserie products. Whether you try a rustico, a calzone, a focaccia, or fried foods, it makes no difference, because everything is delicious. Time passes, but the quality remains intact. To complete your sampling of local products, I also highly recommend visiting the adjacent creamery (across the street), where you can find quality desserts and mousses, including an excellent spumone.

Everything we tried was delicious and excellent value. We'll definitely be back.
