We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Neapolitan restaurant right in the heart of Naples. I went with my friends and we instantly fell in love with the atmosphere: warm, relaxed, and with that authentic Italian charm that makes you feel at home. The food was simply exceptional. We ordered octopus, cod in tomato sauce, grilled zucchini with prosciutto, stuffed eggplant, and a calamari salad – every dish was a true delight. Fresh, balanced flavors, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable: the staff were attentive, friendly, and quick, always ready to help or recommend something good. It was one of the most enjoyable evenings we spent in Naples. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant – excellent from start to finish! 🍽️✨

A cornerstone of Neapolitan rotisserie, fortunately I find it close to home, and it's a lifeline from all those restaurants that have become tourist hotspots, both in terms of quality and price. Imperatore remains humble, maintaining the high quality of traditional Neapolitan products while keeping costs low. Fried foods and various delicacies average €1.50 per piece, and for less than €15, three of us can have lunch there without sacrificing flavor. The roast chicken with potatoes is tempting; I recommend booking for the latter.

An institution, always good! Whether you're ordering take-out pizzas, a quick bite, or a sit-down dinner, the quality is always there! The chicken is also one of the best around. The desserts are equally good. Imperatore never fails! Even the Castello, which you can order during the high season, is exceptional!
