The calzone is excellent, definitely get it (I recommend it fried), however the rustico wasn't the best, I've eaten much better ones in the surrounding area.

La rosticceria da Viola è una gemma nascosta per gli amanti della buona cucina casalinga. I loro primi sono deliziosi, con sapori autentici e porzioni generose. I fritti, altrettanto gustosi, rispecchiano la tipica tradizione pugliese, sono preparati con ingredienti di qualità e con una cura che ricorda quella di casa. Il tutto a prezzi onesti, rendendo questa rosticceria un'ottima scelta per un pasto soddisfacente senza spendere troppo. Consigliatissima, ci ritorneremo !!

We were on holiday for a week in Torre dell'Orso and we got takeaway food from this diner. Excellent and tasty food, good prices and particular praise goes to the lady who welcomed us every day with a smile and friendliness. See you next year!
