This business has been operating in Trapani since I was a child. It has evolved over time, maintaining the flavors and authenticity of the past. If you're passing through Trapani, a stop is a must.

After searching Google for places to eat arancini and other typical Trapani dishes, we found Pollero.
Since we were nearby for lunch, we decided to go there.
Upon arrival, there was a long line (with a number) in the distance. We considered giving up, but seeing what was coming out of the crowd, we decided to stay. In the end, we were right because, despite the line, in about 20 minutes we had arancini, panelle croquettes, and a sandwich with citrus mousse.
All the food was truly amazing. When we arrived on vacation, we had ordered an arancini that looked good, but we hadn't tried this one yet.
The staff was very kind and friendly, and the prices were more than fair.

The arancini are good, especially the ones with ragù. I've tried other flavors, but they don't really appeal to me. Maybe it's because I'm stuck with memories of 15 years ago when I only ate those. The seating arrangements could be managed a little better... Lots of people take up seats without eating while waiting their turn. The quality/price ratio is spot on. 👍

Truly top-notch! We tried arancini, freshly prepared cabbuci, and grilled sandwiches for the kids, along with mixed fried fish. Everything was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly; I enjoyed chatting with the lovely and kind young woman who served us, hoping to have her as our guest in Syracuse.
