Rossovino da Maurizio In Roma

My brother bought some pizzas and side dishes that we ate at home. It had been years since I had eaten their products (I did it often in the past). My Margherita was excellent, thin, crunchy, and above all very digestible. I also really appreciated the baked potatoes!

Cuisine that has nothing to envy of starred chefs. The excellent quality of the products is combined with a traditional cuisine that is also full of originality in both meat and fish dishes. And what about the pizzas worthy of an excellent restaurant. A positive surprise. I highly recommend

Our first meal in Rome. The service was really slow and we waited so long for the food. At the end I didn’t get what I ordered I had to say 3, really 3 more times in order to get it, which was at the end not worth the money. Really a disappointment.

On Saturday evening I had to go out for the first time with a girl I had just met and I decided to take her to dinner at Mario's in Rossovino to be on the safe side. We ordered a land menu and a seafood menu on the advice of a new waiter who I was seeing there for the first time. I had fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and a slice of beef with rosemary, and it was all really excellent. The meat was very soft, however the ribbon reminded me a bit of Sundays when I went to my grandmother's for lunch ❤️. My friend instead tried a fish menu and had spaghetti with clams and turbot in a potato crust. She was also very happy because, having her father prescient, she was able to recognize the freshness and quality of the fish. Then the waiter, a certain Simone, in addition to recommending the dishes of the day and cheering us up with his manner, also helped us with the choice of wine. The environment, the attention to the customer and the quality of the food make Rossovino a must in Rome if you want to eat something good while spending the right amount. In short, my friend was so happy with the dinner and the evening and thanks to the atmosphere that was created, the after-evening went well too 😁😏😆!! Thanks Rossovino, I'll be back soon!!

Excellent restaurant for a first dinner in Rome! We were very well received and pampered in particular by Kimo, a real master waiter! Go there with your eyes closed

The first experience two years ago was more satisfying, I went back yesterday and was very disappointed, the portions are truly ridiculous, I asked for the paccheri with artichokes and calamari, as well as struggling to find a squid, the quantity of pasta did not exceed 80 grams, also the quantity of garlic was really excessive and I like it very much, the appetizers were the same fate, quantity worthy of a starred tasting, overall the quality of the food is good, but the quantity is very low.

Family run Roman focused cuisine. The classics (rigatoni alla gricia, carbonara, amitriciana) were all delicious. Highly recommend the ricciola al pistacchio (amberjack) and carciofi all giudea (tasty fried artichokes). Tartufo afogato was the perfect finish for dessert. Service was friendly and attentive. 12/10 recommend. Looking through other reviews, 1 stars are probably Lazio fans.

Very tasty! Like at home! Very friendly staff. And the food... my daughters are a little picky about food, but here they ate everything. Highly recommend and especially if you are with kids) thank you so much for such a great place in Rome :)
