Today, when I review Rosso Peperoncino, the first thing that comes to mind is how difficult it is to find a weakness. I'm glad I didn't do it sooner, because it would have been a banal review of a superb dough, whereas today we can appreciate a much more complex system that seems to work perfectly, almost a mathematical scheme, but with a soul, capable of dictating perfect timing and simultaneously creating dishes that excite. While their excellent panettone, to eat as a dessert or take away, is no longer a novelty, now there's something that, in my opinion, is something that absurdly hadn't yet arrived on our market with such force as this time: a pizza that can truly be called "Roman," rolled with a rolling pin as tradition dictates, which completes a circle that, if designed by hand, would be almost perfect.

We spent a pleasant evening with friends in a comfortable atmosphere, with courteous and attentive staff. The ingredients were carefully selected and above-average in quality and variety. For dessert, we sampled a homemade panettone served with mascarpone cream. It's no coincidence that the restaurant received two red prawn slices, both well-deserved. The only things that could be improved were the location and parking, as it's on the main road. Overall, a 9+.

As a celiac, I've tried countless gluten-free pizzas, but this one is truly in a class of its own. The dough is light, perfectly crispy, and has a flavor that rivals the traditional version. Finally, a gluten-free pizza that doesn't feel like a compromise, but a true pleasure. Highly recommended.
