All perfect! From the very professional staff to the excellent food, through to the excellent wine that they recommended to us very well, beyond my expectations. Well done, I will definitely come back because I felt really at ease! 5* is a low rating!

We ate well, and whoever served us was very friendly. The place is well furnished, although unfortunately the location is not the best. However, I found the prices excessively high, especially when compared to other similar places in the area. I'm sorry because it could have a lot of "potential", but at these prices I don't think I will return.

Simposio al Corso

01/12/2024: Excellent quality of food, special and tasty dishes, friendly, welcoming and attentive owners, excellent service too... highly recommended.
03/11/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of the charming Sermoneta. At the Symposium we have always eaten divinely: loving mushrooms, I can say that all their porcini-based proposals are worthy of note. The only complaint is that there weren't many porcini mushrooms in the pasta. Finally, how can we not mention the absolute protagonist, their very fragrant condiment based on trombolotto (native Sermonetano lemon) with which they create excellent dishes. Attentive and courteous service. Top!
