They sold good pizza, with a well-studied menu, years ago. But something was missing (even if when you commented on it in a review, saying that there was someone in the area who did better, they didn't take the criticism well). Then they decided (apparently finally agreeing with the reviews they previously criticized) to take the last step. Now they are one of the points of reference in western Sicily, and the first choice in Alcamo. Note for the menu, which offers a very well thought out selection of pizzas.

03/08/2024: TOP!!! I went with my family for dinner. To eat we had 3 types of pasta and a pizza. The pasta was al dente, the fish was delicious and the sauce was fabulous. Pretty fresh drink that arrived promptly. The Pizza was very good, the fresh toppings are light Pizza. I recommend it!!! Congratulations to the owner.

15/09/2024: De passage seulement pour un repas de groupe. Superbe endroit, l’amenagement, l’entretien des bâtiments et de la végétation est faite au « ciseau ». Acceuil agréable, repas très goûteux
03/07/2024: My family & friends stayed here for 5 days whilst we celebrated my son’s wedding at nearby venue Ancora Riceviementi. This hotel & all its staff is one of the best hotels me & all my friends & family have ever stayed in - WOW!! A beautiful setting with cool clean smart rooms decorated in traditional Sicilian style with a modern twist. Food was EXCEPTIONAL - €26 for a 4 course dinner, truly delicious! The STAFF WERE INCREDIBLE with superb service, kindness, smiles & and warm friendly welcome. Everything was perfect - well done. THANY YOU to this beautiful hotel , we all want to come back to celebrate their anniversary!!
