They've been selling good pizza, with a well-thought-out menu, for years. But something was missing (although when you commented in a review that there was someone better in the area, they didn't take the criticism well). Then they decided (apparently realizing, over time, that it was exactly as I'd written in my previous review, which they didn't like) to take it to the next level. Now they're a point of reference in western Sicily, and the first choice in Alcamo: this applies to the assortment of pizzas offered on the menu, the FLOUR (the first thing you should do when choosing a pizzeria is to find out what flour they use... if it can even be called "flour," because often it isn't), the ingredients, and the fact that they've chosen (and always have) to pay a pizza chef who is a pizza chef (I imagine those who aren't so great charge less, and that's why many places prefer them). Then there's the fact that the kind lady at the cash register corrects you if you pronounce "becon" instead of "bacon," even though it doesn't matter—it's not proper manners—and you're also the same age as her (or a few years older), meaning you're too old to be taking English lessons from her (or whoever) at a pizzeria cash register. But I'm giving it five stars because the pizza deserves it, and the owner and cashier are also helpful and kind (except when she gets carried away with foreign pronunciations... haha).

What can I say? Since we've known you, you've become an "addict"! We come at least once a week to try your low-carb pizzas and more. Amazing pizza, top-notch ingredients, top-notch staff. We looked for a flaw, but we couldn't find one! Highly recommended, and a special mention to Maria and Luigi, two people who truly know how to pamper their customers, not just with the food! We'll ALWAYS be back! (Table 16!).

Currently in my opinion the best pizza in Alcamo. Varied menu, always tasty pizzas, refined ingredients, prompt and courteous service. Nothing to object to except perhaps the excessive noise in the place, which however is the fault of the customers themselves. The prices are slightly above average but considering the quality of the pizzas I would say it is an acceptable condition. Update: always very high quality, fast and friendly service. It never disappoints.
