Currently in my opinion the best pizza in Alcamo. Varied menu, always tasty pizzas, refined ingredients, prompt and courteous service. Nothing to object to except perhaps the excessive noise in the place, which however is the fault of the customers themselves. The prices are slightly above average but considering the quality of the pizzas I would say it is an acceptable condition. Update: always very high quality, fast and friendly service. It never disappoints.

Abbiamo deciso di organizzare una serata speciale con un gruppo di ben 30 amici, scegliendo la Pizzeria Rosso Verace perché sapevamo che avrebbe messo d’accordo tutti i gusti, anche i più diversi. Mia moglie, che è vegana, è sempre attenta a trovare opzioni che soddisfino le sue esigenze senza rinunciare al sapore, mentre altri nel gruppo oscillano tra l’amore per la pizza tradizionale napoletana – quella con il cornicione alto e soffice – e la curiosità per proposte gourmet più creative. Rosso Verace sembrava la scelta perfetta, ma confesso che, con un gruppo così numeroso e un arrivo piuttosto tardivo alle 23, avevamo un pizzico di preoccupazione: sarebbero riusciti a mantenere alta la qualità delle pizze e l’efficienza del servizio sotto pressione? Beh, ogni dubbio è svanito non appena ci siamo seduti! L’accoglienza dello staff è stata calorosa e professionale, con un’attenzione che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio nonostante l’orario. Il pizzaiolo, Emanuele, e il suo team hanno dimostrato una maestria straordinaria, riuscendo a gestire il nostro grande tavolo con una precisione che ha dell’incredibile. Le pizze sono arrivate in tempi perfetti, calde e fragranti, senza far aspettare nessuno, un dettaglio che non è scontato con un gruppo così numeroso. Parliamo delle pizze: un vero trionfo di sapori! Mia moglie è rimasta entusiasta delle opzioni vegane, preparate con ingredienti freschissimi e una cura che denota rispetto per chi segue questa scelta. Le pizze tradizionali, come la classica Margherita, erano un capolavoro di equilibrio: impasto leggero, lievitazione perfetta e pomodoro che sapeva di sole. Le proposte gourmet, poi, hanno conquistato chi cercava qualcosa di più audace, con abbinamenti ricercati ma mai eccessivi. Ogni boccone era una conferma della passione e della qualità che Rosso Verace mette in ogni dettaglio. Il servizio merita un plauso a parte. Nonostante l’orario tardo e l’afflusso, i camerieri sono stati impeccabili: sorridenti, attenti, pronti a rispondere a ogni richiesta senza mai far percepire fretta o stanchezza. Questo livello di cura ha reso la serata ancora più speciale, trasformando una semplice cena in un momento di convivialità indimenticabile. Quando è arrivato il conto, l’abbiamo pagato con un sorriso sincero. Certo, non si parla di pizze da 3€ come quelle che ogni tanto spuntano nei video online, ma qui sta il punto: una pizza di qualità è un piacere che va gustato senza compromessi. Meglio concedersela con meno frequenza, ma con la certezza di ingredienti eccellenti e una preparazione che non ti lascia sveglio la notte con il mal di stomaco! Rosso Verace incarna esattamente questa filosofia: qualità senza scorciatoie, passione che si sente in ogni morso. My wife, who is vegan, is always careful to find options that satisfy her needs without sacrificing flavor, while others in the group oscillate between a love for traditional Neapolitan pizza - the one with a high and soft crust - and curiosity for more creative gourmet proposals. Rosso Verace seemed like the perfect choice, but I confess that, with such a large group and a rather late arrival at 11 pm, we were a little worried: would they be able to maintain the high quality of the pizzas and the efficiency of the service under pressure? Well, any doubts vanished as soon as we sat down! The welcome from the staff was warm and professional, with an attention that made us feel immediately at ease despite the time. The pizza chef, Emanuele, and his team demonstrated extraordinary mastery, managing our large table with incredible precision. The pizzas arrived in perfect time, hot and fragrant, without making anyone wait, a detail that is not to be taken for granted with such a large group. Let's talk about the pizzas: a true triumph of flavors! My wife was thrilled with the vegan options, prepared with the freshest ingredients and a care that shows respect for those who follow this choice. The traditional pizzas, such as the classic Margherita, were a masterpiece of balance: light dough, perfect leavening and tomato that tasted of the sun. The gourmet options, then, won over those looking for something more daring, with refined but never excessive combinations. Better to indulge in it less frequently, but with the certainty of excellent ingredients and a preparation that does not leave you awake at night with a stomach ache! Cozy place, kindness and good food

Passing through Alcamo we decide to return to Rosso Verace. As expected, you deserve all 5 stars.. Everything excellent, excellent pizza, very kind and professional dining room staff, environment welcoming..We will definitely be back.
