We took the classic pizza alla pala and not the pinsa.
Classic and good, stop. Nothing to report.
Very good 4 cheeses and boscaiola.
The guys are extremely kind and professional (10/10 marks).
The only flaw: many families bring their children and let them play and shout and this is decidedly annoying.
It's a shame because otherwise it would be perfect.

It's becoming my go-to pizzeria in the area. Very welcoming place, young dynamic and polite staff. I tasted both the pinsa and the round pizza, both excellent.

Excellent pizzeria in Palestrina.
Non-stop pizza menu, meat menu, pizza and pinsa.
Pinsa well stuffed especially with onion and tuna, excellent top quality products, excellent pizzas too, plentiful appetizers, wide choice of beers, particularly tastings of chilli peppers of various qualities.
Welcoming location, youthful furnishings, large rooms.
Efficient staff.
Ample parking.
Recommended for everyone and especially for families, prices within everyone's reach.

I was there for a dinner with friends, we took two trays of pizza, with various flavours, but in some flavours, such as the capricciosa, the egg was missing, I know it's not a must, but with what we ordered at least one, also in two other flavours. in our opinion it was a bit tight; As for the fried foods, they were good, the table service and the cleanliness of the place were also excellent.
