16/09/2024: La Casa del Cous Cous is a little jewel in the heart of San Vito. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and familiar, an enchanting environment that makes you immediately feel at home. The cuisine, managed by Daniele and Roberto, is impeccable: a duo that knows how to combine passion and professionalism, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. We opted for a fish-based menu, and we can only confirm how apt the name of the restaurant is: the couscous is simply the best you can find in the area. Each dish was an explosion of fresh and well-balanced flavours, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. If you are looking for a culinary experience that combines tradition and innovation, La Casa del Cous Cous is a must-see in San Vito.
