The restaurant "Rosso Barrique Enoteca Osteria" was an extraordinary discovery! Chef Simone's cuisine is simply exceptional, each dish is a unique experience combining authentic flavors and high quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a special evening. Particular praise also goes to Simone's wife, Silvia, very kind and extremely polite, who made our evening even more pleasant with her warm hospitality. I will definitely come back, it's a place that really deserves to be visited several times, also because they continually renew their dishes.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante consigliatoci da gente del luogo, dove siamo stati accolti calorosamente nonostante l'arrivo in tardo orario. La simpatica Silvia ci ha minuziosamente descritto l'offerta del giorno, tutta a base di pesce freschissimo. Non abbiamo preso un menù completo ma quello che abbiamo mangiato è stato sufficiente per apprezzare l'alto livello offerto dallo chef Simone. Mio figlio ed io abbiamo pranzato con un antipasto composto da 4 diverse proposte, deliziose; menzione speciale per il tonno con maionese alla barbabietola, abbinamento davvero azzeccato, delicato ma al contempo saporito. A mia figlia è stato preparato un piatto di paccheri con un ragú di spigola appena scottata, con un sugo di pomodoro fresco preparato al momento che ne ha esaltato il gusto. Anche la carbonara di mare è stata ottima; solitamente quella proposta da altri ristoranti non mi convince ma in questo caso si sono veramente superati, soprattutto per l'uso della ventresca di tonno. Buonissimo infine anche il semifreddo al cioccolato.
Assegno perciò la mia personale stella, sicuro del fatto che, presto o tardi, arriverà certamente anche un riconoscimento più prestigioso del mio.

Io e la mia ragazza siamo andati a cena a ferragosto, colpiti da le ottime recensioni.
Siamo stati accolti da la moglie di Simone il cuoco, che ci ha proposto una degustazione di antipasti 4 portate in totali, (che sembrano poche, ma fidatevi riempiono), uno più buono del altro, detto da uno che non va pazzo per il pesce!
Fatto i complimenti a Simone che davvero ci ha deliziati, Persone davvero squisite.
Spero presto di tornare,

26/07/24 interesting little place with gourmet cuisine directly prepared by Simone, the owner. He is a chef with experience both in Milan and abroad and his international experience can be seen in the dishes he prepares. The environment at the moment is quite busy with many, many things, perhaps not directly useful. The wife is a good decanter of the dishes prepared by Simone and the person in charge of the dining room. Simone is everything, chef, restaurant manager, host of his diners and more. All this is reflected in the waiting times at dinner. Well done but a little more staff would certainly make things flow better.

We chose this restaurant based on reviews and were not disappointed. We drove through the mountains, from the sea, the road was very beautiful, through small villages. It turned out to be a small, cozy restaurant. The service is homely, pleasant, helpful. The chef himself came out to find out what my teenage son liked and made him a gorgeous plate of shrimp and scampi. And when I saw that he asked his sister for an octopus, he brought it to him too. Very tasty, small portions of appetizers, which filled us almost to the main course. But we also ate the main thing. They also had homemade desserts and ice cream, which they also make themselves. My son took two servings.
I highly recommend this place to gourmets. The girl was very nice, despite the fact that we almost didn’t know Italian, she tried to explain it on her fingers, carried it out and showed everything. Therefore, there were no difficulties in ordering. Even interesting and intrigued.
