The food and ice cream are delicious. The service staff is very flexible and friendly!

We spent a wonderful, relaxing week at the Rösslwirt. A first-class hotel! Everything was wonderful and homely! The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring regional products, as was the 5-course dinner! The ice cream made by the hotel manager himself is truly a dream! From the warm welcome from the manager Resi to the service staff and cleaning staff, we can only offer the highest praise! Not to mention the manager, who, like the manager herself, also works in the service department and always provides a good laugh. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

This hotel is perfect for a few days of relaxation in South Tyrol. Great views, beautiful rooms, and very friendly and accommodating staff. The food is fantastic, including homemade ice cream (incredibly delicious). A breakfast buffet that lacks nothing. What more could you want? Arriving by motorbike, very cool. First, you climb the mountain, similar to a mountain pass :-) Theoretically, you could climb a pass every day by motorbike (you'll receive a map with various tours upon arrival). Want to hike? No problem either; we'll be happy to come back.

We stopped by for coffee and cake in the afternoon. Everything was delicious, and the service and atmosphere were very pleasant.

We love coming back to the Rösslwirt and its team. We simply enjoy everything there: the hospitality, the regional products, and the view from the stunning terrace and the rooms (panorama rooms). Since we come here to ride our motorcycles, the location is simply perfect for great tours. We love coming back again and again.

Very friendly team. Lovingly prepared, delicious menu. Clean rooms with a fantastic view. All in all, a good hotel.

BEST ICE CREAM PARLOR. Elmar's presentation of his gelato speaks volumes about the passion he puts into making it...he writes, "I make my gelato myself, I don't leave it to anyone else, and I won't reveal my recipes"!!! Very good gelato and excellent presentation...it's a journey into the past, but with a modern flavor with contemporary flavors that aim for product excellence!!! The pistachio cup is unbeatable, and the blueberry gelato also deserves a special mention. Well done 👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻

We had another wonderful vacation at the Rösslwirt. The week unfortunately went by far too quickly. Everything was just perfect. The host family is very friendly, and you feel completely at home. The food and the delicious ice cream were once again a dream. The service was also excellent. A highlight, of course, was the trip to your hut. We're already looking forward to next year, because we'll be back then. Best, Marion and Johannes
