RoSe Flower Bistrot In Alatri

What an amazing find in the beautiful and historic town of Alatri. Visited here the first night for a pizza and some delicious suppli and then returned the next night, as it was my birthday, where we sat on the upper level on the balcony. Charming and welcoming atmosphere and Bruno, the host is just fantastic. We had a delightful meal, wonderful prosecco. Mouth- watering pistacchio cheesecake. Service was perfect despite the fact that they were busy. At the end of the night the staff brought out cherry liquors, prosecco and a delicious millefoglie for my birthday. We spent time sitting with the chefs and the host. What a team of absolutely fabulous guys!!! Thank you Bruno and staff for making my birthday so very special.We can't wait to come back again soon!!!!!!

I recommend everyone to go to this place where friendliness, professionalism, kindness and excellent food reign. Welcoming and characteristic internal and external spaces, located in the wonderful historic center which certainly makes it unique!

Was welcomed in as a party of 9 at short notice, by Bruno, who was fluent in English. Antipasto was huge and so much choice available. Pizza and Pasta available from menu. Setting was lovely. Inside and outside dining on ground and 1st floor. Ground floor made you feel that you were in a courtyard, which added to the whole ambience. Would highly recommend. Edit....needed help while at a fuel station a couple of days later and Bruno just happened to be there also. He went out of his way to take me to an auto shop so I could make my purchase. What a great guy!!

Very nice place and great attention to customers. Good food and well served but too abundant. Easily reachable even by car. Nice to dine outdoors in the summer

During a recent trip from Padua to Frosinone, we discovered this extraordinary place. Each dish was a true work of art, impeccably prepared. From appetizer to dessert, the courses exceeded our expectations, thanks to the fresh ingredients and original combinations. Praise to the chef. Compliments!

I would say that the restaurant and pizzeria are more than excellent. I have been going to this restaurant for a long time and it is always at the top. Now I have learned that the chef is Ermanno, who I have known for 30 years and his cuisine is fantastic. Now let me explain why it is so EXCELLENT.

Beautiful location, excellent food, impeccable service. After some time I returned to this restaurant and in addition to confirming the above, I would add that the dishes, already excellent, have become SUPERLATIVE. The chef, young, but with the professionalism of a great chef, prepares excellent dishes to taste and also beautiful to look at. The location of the restaurant, close to the Cyclopean walls and overlooking the roofs of the historic center, together with elegant furnishings, with attention to detail and hygienically impeccable, make this place a true flagship of our territory. The owner, very kind and attentive towards all the customers in the room, the waiters, always with a smile on their faces, ready to satisfy the customers' requests and to recommend them the best dishes on the menu, represent the added value. Last, but certainly not least, the excellent quality/price ratio makes this restaurant a place to try and absolutely recommend to relatives, friends and acquaintances.
