After booking I started looking at reviews and the truth is that I got scared because I saw some very bad ones, But as soon as we arrived everything changed. The double room very good Shower water very hot The reception facilitated the check-in and took care of the suitcases.

The location was great, we have everything you can do easily on foot, so it’s a real good address! The spa and the very well-equipped gym are a real plus. There are some problems with humidity, however, in the walls.

Good breakfast facilities, rooms were a little cramped and we had to move because a leek in the ceiling wike us up at 6am, there were no issues with the room move snd they transferred our velingings whilst we done site seeing. Spa was excellent 👌

Rooms not very clean, old, not isolated and not necessarily well maintained. Good location and very kind staff. Rooftop expensive and not too much choice.

Ideal location to do everything on foot, we were self-catering without meals (we thought breakfast was included however), we were able to change rooms on arrival because it was a little noisy, the spa area is very good

We were in a very small room in the independence that didn't suit us anymore and the receptionist put us in a room in the hotel but also very small We went to the spa but it was dirty and we had to book but there were 4 people in the spa who prevented us from entering and they left shouting so we were able to go into the spa It was foamy and dirty

We stayed over the Epiphany weekend, strategic location, very welcoming and professional staff, the suite was beautiful and very clean, not to mention the restaurant was all excellent, we will be back... I recommend it

Very central for Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. Walking distance to Colosseum, Paletine Hill, Maggorie Basillica. Staff were absolutely the best, so friendly, helpful and polite. They went above and beyond for us, especially Madhi in the rooftop bar he remembered everything we ordered on 1st night he made us feel like loyal longtime customers by remembering our favourite drinks. Also Millie in the restaurant (food was fantastic especially the Cannelloni compliments to the chef) and Christian on reception was so helpful too. Room was a little small, could do with a 6th floor lift to the rooftop bars it only went to 5 floors for all rooms. Apart from this we would definitely recommend and be here again. It is definitely worth booking this charming hotel.

A wonderful bar restaurant to rest after the Spanish steps visit

A hotel with a good location close to several tourist places and a few blocks from the subway so from there you can get around the entire city. The staff is attentive and generally speaks several languages ​​so it is easier to communicate. The area is a little busy at night, so if you get a room with a view of the street between light and noise, you may have a hard time falling asleep. The rooms are already somewhat neglected, I feel that they should have a slight remodeling, but what I liked was the breakfast assortment and the coffee is extremely delicious.
