It seems like most people go to the annex instead of the main building. The annex elevator can only hold two people... It feels like an old building. However, the interior is clean and well-decorated! We had no problems resting except for the elevator. There were three of us, so we split the ride into two.

Just stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I can not recommend it enough for friendly staff, location, cleanliness, service and food. We will be back!

A hotel with a location. If you're just going to wander around and sleep in the hotel, this is recommended. Please note that the hotel spa only offers cold water.

Good hotel, the uniqueness about it is the LOCATION. I still don’t understand why the receptionist (during the check-in) informed me that the tourist tax shall be paid during the check-out and SHOULD BE in CASH only!!

Very good. Its location is excellent. 500 meters from the Fontana. All buses pass through Tritón. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are nice.

I stayed at this hotel and will gladly return!! Thinkable kind, friendly and very helpful. The room was a superior, very comfortable and clean. We also received a bottle in the room as a very welcome gift

Great location, very near to Trevi Fountain and other tourist spots. Rooms are clean, but the shower room is so dark. Hope they will add more light to the shower. Service is good and staffs are welcoming.

06/10/2025: Just had the most perfect affogato (edit from poor talk to text that spelled out avocado) in my whole Italy trip of three months. It was purely delicious and the cookie I had with it was equally spectacular.

14/10/2025: We had booked a photography session, and our photographer pulled us into this tiny cafe for breakfast. We were pretty apprehensive when we saw the ratings but didn’t want to be rude so we went in. It was full of locals grabbing breakfast on their way to work, which was a relief! I don’t know why they have such low ratings! Espresso was excellent! One of the best I have ever had. The pistachio croissant was delicious, but the raisin pastry was to die for. I would love to go back just for that! The place is pretty cheap too!
11/09/2025: I don’t know why this place has 3.8. We went here around 8 AM where the only ones other than us were a couple of police officers. We randomly stumbled into this on our way to the Roman Forum from Trevi Fountain. After trying 12 caffès in Rome over the past couple of days, this still stays the best coffee & the two ladies running the shop were amazing. Highly recommended.
