I went to this restaurant recommended by the Michelin guide and I was greatly disappointed. Maybe we didn't choose the right dishes but neither the pasta nor the chicken nor the dessert convinced us. I've been to many restaurants recommended by the guide and they don't all turn out to be extraordinary but this one was frankly disappointing. The setting is nevertheless pleasant.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary.
The atmosphere was very welcoming and charming.
The wait staff was friendly, efficient, and never intrusive. The cuisine was bold and refined. The portions were generous and satisfying.
A truly enjoyable evening. We'll definitely be back with others.

I had two friends visiting from the United States, so for lunch I booked this restaurant, which I'd been wanting to visit for a long time, based on some friends' reviews.
The fried foods are fantastic, the pasta excellent and plentiful (I finally tried the famous "tortellino" pasta... fantastic).
Then the oxtail stew and the chicken cacciatore. You didn't even need a knife; the meat melted not in your mouth, but directly on the fork.
My friends loved it; I was able to let them experience a bit of Roman tradition and, at the same time, a bit of innovation, all in the right way.
Upon arrival, I even caught a glimpse of Chef Callegari.
I wanted to compliment him.
I wasn't allowed to take photos of the dishes... and that's saying something.
Also noteworthy is the kindness of every member of the staff: polite, friendly, and attentive.
Thank you for making me look great!
I'll definitely be back!
