Excellent pizza, with a very light crust—you'd have to order two each to be full! Not satisfied with the pizza alone, I opted for the panuozzo, which I found expensive and really small.

I went to Pizzium in Baldo degli Ubaldi with my husband, and the staff failed us. When we pointed out the incident (a mistake that can happen...) to the waiter, he immediately took action, acting apologetic and friendly. Shortly afterward, the pizzeria manager came over and apologized personally to both of us and then offered us dessert. What can I say? Don't judge the mistake, but rather the way they try to remedy it. And they were impeccable.

Very nice pizzeria. A bit confusing getting seated and ordering. Even after some difficulty communicating with the waiters, the place was full and they were busy. The pizza and cutlet were good.
