A true gem for those who love Japanese cuisine with a modern twist. Roji is not just a restaurant, it is a sensorial experience that mixes tradition and creativity impeccably. The environment is elegant but welcoming, with soft lights and minimal furnishings that immediately put you in the atmosphere. The service is attentive, courteous and well prepared: each dish is explained with passion and competence. The menu is a very successful fusion of classic Japanese flavors and contemporary influences. Each course is taken care of down to the smallest detail, both in flavor and presentation. Don't miss the special house rolls (a real twist with every bite) and the hot, intense and full of personality dishes. Even the raw products are very fresh and treated with respect and imagination. The selection of wines and sake is also excellent, perfect to accompany the trip. Tip: let yourself be guided by the chef or try the tasting menus if you want to discover the true soul of the place. A place to return to, and not just to eat: to experience something new every time.

Una vera gemma per chi ama la cucina giapponese con un tocco moderno. Roji non è solo un ristorante, è un’esperienza sensoriale che mescola tradizione e creatività in modo impeccabile. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, con luci soffuse e arredi minimal che ti fanno subito entrare in atmosfera. Il servizio è attento, cortese e ben preparato: ogni piatto viene spiegato con passione e competenza. Il menù è una fusione riuscitissima di gusti giapponesi classici e influenze contemporanee. Ogni portata è curata nei minimi dettagli, sia nel sapore che nella presentazione. Da non perdere i roll speciali della casa (un vero colpo di scena a ogni morso) e i piatti caldi, intensi e pieni di personalità. Anche i crudi sono freschissimi e trattati con rispetto e fantasia. Ottima anche la selezione di vini e sakè, perfetta per accompagnare il viaggio. Consiglio: lasciatevi guidare dallo chef o provate i menù degustazione se volete scoprire l’anima vera del locale. Un posto in cui tornare, e non solo per mangiare: per vivere, ogni volta, qualcosa di nuovo.

I went to Roji on Sunday for lunch, the place is taken care of down to the smallest details, I like the combination of the materials used. The waiting times were slightly long, but despite this, first applause goes to the staff, who were prepared and affable. I ordered the Tunateca Roji tasting, albeit with some variations that made it gluten free (the gf bread which is lightly bruschettated before being served is excellent) the tuna had a very peculiar flavour, strong and delicate at the same time, I personally appreciated it a lot. Thoughtful dishes, beautiful to look at and good to eat! I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

From the moment you enter it feels like you're transported to a unique experience in London, Singapore or New York. The food is sublime, unique and refined. Sophisticated atmosphere with attention to the finest details. Impeccable service.

Ci vado spesso e, salvo rare eccezioni, torno sempre a casa entusiasta. Personale preparato e molto attento, ogni volta c’è qualcosa di nuovo nel menu. Non do 5 stelle perché si può migliorare la carta dei vini e perché è davvero troppo caro.
