Il servizio è attento, cortese e ben preparato: ogni piatto viene spiegato con passione e competenza. Il menù è una fusione riuscitissima di gusti giapponesi classici e influenze contemporanee. Ogni portata è curata nei minimi dettagli, sia nel sapore che nella presentazione. Da non perdere i roll speciali della casa (un vero colpo di scena a ogni morso) e i piatti caldi, intensi e pieni di personalità. Anche i crudi sono freschissimi e trattati con rispetto e fantasia. Ottima anche la selezione di vini e sakè, perfetta per accompagnare il viaggio. Consiglio: lasciatevi guidare dallo chef o provate i menù degustazione se volete scoprire l’anima vera del locale.
