Roji In Nola

I went to Roji on Sunday for lunch, the place is taken care of down to the smallest details, I like the combination of the materials used. The waiting times were slightly long, but despite this, first applause goes to the staff, who were prepared and affable. I ordered the Tunateca Roji tasting, albeit with some variations that made it gluten free (the gf bread which is lightly bruschettated before being served is excellent) the tuna had a very peculiar flavour, strong and delicate at the same time, I personally appreciated it a lot. Thoughtful dishes, beautiful to look at and good to eat! I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

From the moment you enter it feels like you're transported to a unique experience in London, Singapore or New York. The food is sublime, unique and refined. Sophisticated atmosphere with attention to the finest details. Impeccable service.

Ci vado spesso e, salvo rare eccezioni, torno sempre a casa entusiasta. Personale preparato e molto attento, ogni volta c’è qualcosa di nuovo nel menu. Non do 5 stelle perché si può migliorare la carta dei vini e perché è davvero troppo caro.

We had a reservation at 10.30pm, they let us sit at 11.30pm, in the meantime we had asked for a gin tonic and a gin lemon, they will probably arrive tomorrow, well who knows. Once seated we had to ask the waiters several times to take our orders, which took about 20 minutes. Once the food arrived, not even the slightest explanation of what they had brought us, perhaps in the nigiri there were bedside tables from Ikea, we will never find out. Once we ran out of water we asked for another bottle, which arrived together with the bill (in case we were thirsty in the car on the way home.) However, the food is excellent, I recommend it if you have 3/4 hours to throw away in your life, and if you don't drink during meals.

Excellent, recommended, friendly staff and excellent quality, clearly it's not cheap but you pay for the quality.

Premessa a loro favore: cibo buonissimo e di qualità. L’esperienza di per se non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Per i prezzi che hanno e per il livello su cui si vogliono piazzare non ne vale troppo la pena. Il servizio e l’attenzione al cliente dovrebbero essere profondamente risivisitati.
