I passed by during my Alta Via 2 hike for an early dinner. The food was lovely, and the staff were wonderful. The lady, who was wearing a beautiful traditional Dirndl I guess, showed amazing hospitality. I asked if I could take the rest of the bread from my table's small bread bag, and she actually refilled the bag and gave it to me to take on the trail🙏 I will definitely come back.

We stopped at the Rodelalm during a hike and were thrilled: Delicious food (goulash with bacon dumplings, apple strudel) and incredibly friendly, cheerful service! We'll definitely be back!

11/12/2025: 🎄Best RAISIN AND CANDIED ORANGE PANETTONE❄️ Commercial, traditional panettone... this one beats them all. Not the usual heavy, compact dough we're used to, but airy and soft. The aroma and texture make it so light you'd be happy to eat more. The ingredients are balanced because the toppings aren't overpowering and you can savor their full quality. You can sense the chef's experience and skill even if you don't know him. Especially recommended if you're looking for a gift. The packaging doesn't do the product justice. Personally, tasting the butter in the scarparura gives this panettone a special edge.
