By chance, a pleasant stop, basic environment, as you expect from a restaurant (trattoria) lost in the Apennines; cured meats and good first courses; minus the sweets.

Immersed in nothing, an oasis of peace... it's best to book because there are few places... we waited a bit to be able to sit down, but it was worth it! Spectacular honey and walnut lard! The rest is all very good and reasonably priced! A beautiful discovery!

A road with a lot of curves, but it's worth it.. Beautiful location and excellent food.. The lard with honey and walnuts is superb.. The tagliolini with venison sauce are very good.. Highly recommended

We went here for the first time with a group of bikers and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Excellent food, excellent service, the girl who served us was very nice!! The owners are the same and finally a wonderful view!! What can I say, we will definitely be back 😉✌️

12/06/2025: But what a surprise just a stone's throw from Piacenza. An unthinkable location under an incredible portico in the shade. All the raw materials are top quality, exquisite and beautifully presented. Great wines and the right choice. Remarkable
08/06/2025: High-level cuisine with quality raw materials, super cold cuts and also excellent the lean capon of river fish even if I would have preferred it with more green sauce, as a first course the plin were crazy perhaps the best dish, excellent also the tortelli and the pisarei; for the second courses we had the pigeon which was perfect and exquisite. Exceptional wine list. The location is beautiful the service good. Highly recommended

13/07/2025: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A jewel of Piacenza cuisine! We were thrilled with every aspect of this restaurant! The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously cared for, with a warm and authentic feel that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always smiling: a true added value. But the real star is the food: traditional Piacenza dishes executed impeccably. The tortelli with roe deer sauce were simply spectacular, with a thin pastry and a flavorful filling. The maltagliati, then, made us understand why Piacenza cuisine deserves a place of honor among the great Italian regional cuisines. The meats were cooked to perfection; we ate the truly spectacular horse carpaccio with arugula and parmesan, along with top-quality local cured meats and a well-stocked wine list featuring excellent local labels. All at a price that's absolutely right for the quality offered. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, flavor, and a memorable dining experience. We'll be back.
