Roast 'n Roll In Genova

Since we were around the corner and read the great reviews, we naturally wanted to try it. The burgers and buns are simply delicious, like homemade. If you like good quality fast food, you absolutely have to go here!

I have visited this place maybe 10 times. I cannot emphasise enough how beautiful the food is. The last time I visited was after being away for a year. It was not nostalgia, I did not misremember the taste. The crunch of the bun that is too hot to hold, the juicy… perfectly cooked roast beef, the addition of fried aubergine is a must. I knew this flavour before… but it still shocked me how wonderful it tasted. A joyous sandwich. Calling it that is a disrespect to the upmost skill and craft required to construct this dish. I take EVERY single person that visits Genoa to this eatery and EVERY SINGLE ONE is blown away. Do not let this pass by. Come. Visit.

The sandwiches are simply excellent. Lots of meat inside, and the bread is good and soft! We'll definitely be back.

It's time to promote businesses like this, which offer such high quality at a fair price. The concept is also original and hard to find in Italy. One of the best sandwiches in Genoa. Recommended: King, Etta Star, and Prince.

Best panini sandwiches (or burgers?) I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with choices of roast beef or super-tender pulled pork, topped with melted cheese and seasonal vegetables. Great vegetarian options too, like roast aubergine, onion chutney etc. Perfecto for a casual lunch!

My friends and I have been coming here for years, and I'm convinced they have the best sandwiches in Genoa. The owners are always very welcoming and attentive, and the selection is vast and high-quality (the vegetarian options, like the Prince, are excellent). Kudos: every time I pass through the alleys, I love stopping here! 🧡

Without a doubt, the best sandwich I've ever eaten! There are tons of places in the area that make panini, but here the quality makes all the difference! Congratulations!

We had the Etta James and the Queen, both burgers were absolutely delicious! The place is small and cozy, with a few seats available, perfect for a relaxed visit. The homemade potato chips were also super crispy and full of flavor. Highly recommended.

Very original and tasty beef sandwich! 30 minute wait at 13.15 was the only downside. But still a good place to visit!
