I remembered better. The service staff was helpful and courteous. We ate acceptable quality food, but without a discount, it wasn't worth the price. I asked for the tagliata well-done, but it was a tough race to get it: it had to be taken back to the kitchen twice. The manager never showed up, leaving the young service staff to sort out the mess. The music was too loud: what's the point? Lunch should be a relaxing moment. I don't know if we'll be back.

25/10/2025: We visited the place after reading previous reviews, but unfortunately the pizza we saw in the photos was not in any way comparable to the reality. It was visible and felt on the pizza dough that it was not fresh and we got a solid, not loose at all, but hard "something". On the four-cheese pizza, the "four-cheeseness" was exhausted in that there was a homogeneous melted cheese mass on the "dough" that cannot be called pizza dough. We are really sorry that we managed to "select it" like this, because I specifically wanted the delicious pizza.
30/09/2025: Nice and relaxed place, delicious pizzas, very affordable.

Grand Hotel Terme

09/04/2026: Family stay over Easter. Like all hotels in Chianciano, the hotel is starting to look a bit dated. The room for four was large and clean. The reception staff were very friendly. We had some issues with breakfast, but perhaps it was just bad luck. However, before leaving, I mentioned it to the reception because it's right to make them aware. I didn't use the restaurant.
08/04/2026: The property has tremendous potential... but unfortunately, in my opinion, it's untapped. The property, spa, and reception are beautiful. The rooms are indeed clean and well-kept, but now decidedly dated... The service, both in the spa and in the hotel, is decidedly poor. Breakfast was practically finished (without replenishment) after an hour, so an hour and a half before the supposed closing time. Affordable price...but...
