I went to a restaurant of this chain for the first time yesterday. Good food, very nice restaurant and kind waiters, shame about the cost, definitely excessive.

Place inside a shopping center with a wide choice of dishes, including vegetarian ones. Clean place and friendly staff. Prices in line with what is consumed. The only point I can make is the croutons in the Caesar salad which arrived moshi and not as crispy as they should be. No

The Roadhouse chain does not disappoint, food, service, education, kindness, safety, speed in satisfying your requests and needs. I also kindly asked for a change of the booked table and our request was accepted without problems.

I see a lot of negative reviews.
Everything is Relatively Subjective.
My family and I, doing an evaluation among ourselves, agreed that the Roadhouse is the best compared to the other two giants. We found that the food offered was much healthier.
Today, although the restaurant was full, I must admit that the staff was prompt in everything.

We ate well, the only flaw was the service…
A little slow to take charge and ultimately get paid. We waited 5 minutes standing in front of the cash register even though a girl had seen us... "arriving"... gone
After a few minutes a colleague of hers arrived...

Very kind waitresses, especially the one who goes to the seaside in Abruzzo.
The service is quick, the staff is always friendly, the place is nice, it's not too noisy and the food is good. It's a little expensive but with the loyalty card there are some interesting discounts. Parking is very close

at roadhouse you eat well... the meat is excellent but the prices are really exaggerated... and the service is not always up to par. good for the food... not much for the rest.
