I have visited several locations in the chain, but unfortunately this one disappointed me. Here are the main critical points of my experience:
Food quality: the ribs arrived dry, which detracted from the taste.
Cleanliness: the cutlery was dirty, an unacceptable detail for a place of this type.
Staff: I noticed more managers than waiters, and the attention to the customer was minimal, limited only to the moments when they came to the table.
Service: the wait was quite long, although it didn't seem like a particularly busy time.
I hope these aspects can be improved, because in the past I have had better experiences at other Roadhouse venues.

We go often and have always had a good time. If any misunderstanding should ever happen, Daniele manager is always available to resolve everything 💪

After many years of no longer frequenting roadhouse chain restaurants (since the quality of the food and service had worsened despite the consistently high prices) today I tried to have lunch again with my partner and I must say that I ate really well!
I took a cesar salad, the chicken meat was very tender even if almost cold!
The tricolor rags that my partner had were also good, the meat was tender but also in this case cold....
Fast service, friendly and helpful staff!
The room was very nice and clean, spacious.

I gave 4 stars to the food, because, although it is always good, I note with disappointment that a cut of chicken with cherry tomatoes has 2 as many cherry tomatoes. And this happens in all Roadhouses. I'm a bit sad about this because the dish costs €13.90 anyway. A chicken breast, although good, I don't think goes beyond €4 (the dimensions are absolutely normal) and a 250g pack of cherry tomatoes costs €2.65 in the supermarket...
In fact, I've noticed that for some time now it hasn't been so full as a place.
Will it be so uneconomical for the franchise to put 4 or 5 cherry tomatoes instead of 2?
