ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT ARESE In Arese

I recently had a disappointing experience at Road House. Initially, we were not brought the welcome nachos, a detail that can generally be overlooked. However, things got worse when we ordered three sandwiches: one of them was never marked and was brought to us when the other two had already been consumed. Furthermore, the chips, requested to accompany the sandwich, have gone cold and become unappetizing. I understand that unexpected events can happen, but greater attention would be necessary, especially considering that the number of staff seemed adequate for the room. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration to improve the service in the future.

Very long wait and when the dishes arrived they were lukewarm... shame about the rest we had a good time, very kind staff.

We went to the Roadhouse because we wanted to eat some meat. My boyfriend ordered a rare Ribaye with a potato without cream, I ordered chicken thighs, green beans and potatoes. Something very good and tasty. But the thing that struck me the most was seeing the waiters running around with a truly impeccable style and manner. At the end of dinner I did nothing but ask who I had the pleasure of being served by, Marco, Debora and Marianna. Wowowow thanks to them we spent a wonderful evening. And we bothered them a lot, to always ask for one thing. Not to mention the two boys in shirts who were always at attention observing them, we seemed to be in an evening of testing who was the best. If this is always the case, we will definitely return. Thanks for everything guys and congratulations.

I went for lunch today (SATURDAY) with my partner and, obviously, the place was very full. Unfortunately, your choice arrived already cold and since they were strips, they were very hard and you couldn't eat them!!! My dish which was the "brunch" with pancakes, arrived with the whipped cream on top (which I had not requested) already "disassembled". Finale: my dish was IMMEDIATELY remade! The girls in the dining room did their utmost to get my partner to get something else to replace the dish delivered cold; not taking anything else as a substitute, they canceled it from the bill...PLUSS to the girls in the room service WHO RESOLVED THE UNPLEASANT SITUATION.

I know this restaurant chain well so I don't review the food which is the same for everyone but I give stars to the kindness of the workers which I haven't found in other Roadhouse restaurants.
