Roadhouse Restaurant Alessandria In Alessandria

December 26th is a public holiday in Italy, so we found this place open for lunch. The waiters were fine, but the prices are a bit high, especially considering you can eat at the Bar-Tavola Calda right next door for half the price. My main issue was the cover charge (coperto). Being Italian myself and knowing the prices, €5 per person was outrageous: a paper placemat... the price needs to be reviewed.

Good food, clean table but wobbly, nothing special, the wait was a bit long but that particular evening there was little staff, so it's understandable, friendly and polite.

Personally, I've always found the restaurant welcoming and warm. The food is mid-range, based on what I've tried so far. The chicken tenders and endless nuggets were lovely; I highly recommend it. Seating is always available, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the wait is a downside; it's too long between courses. Desserts are overpriced. Overall, an experience I'd recommend a few times a year. Free parking in front of the restaurant.

I come here often, but tonight I was impressed by Roela (I asked her name). She's a cheerful girl and a fabulous order taker. She remembered all the orders (quite a few) by heart without taking notes. I was impressed by her determination. Well done, Roela. Compliments on the food!! ROADHOUSE NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!!!

Nothing exceptional, everything mediocre

Excellent service, welcome and cleanliness, everything perfect, thank you, I will definitely return because in addition to the promotions with prices accessible to everyone, the quality of the food is good, excellent desserts, the girls are good, polite, friendly, congratulations to the staff, you are truly lucky, dear Bosses, you should increase your salary.

Roadhouse is always a great option for kids! They even get a surprise after lunch/dinner.

Clean place with very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality meat. They accept electronic tickets. It's not a cheap place.
