I was there on a Wednesday evening. I wanted to eat a hamburger.
The staff who welcomed me were extremely kind and attentive and stood out throughout my stay, they deserve 10 stars. On the contrary, the food, which is mediocre, gets 3 stars just as a sign of encouragement, but it deserves less, and if you then compare it with the cost it should drop to 1 star.
The environment is nothing special.
In conclusion: an experience that may not even be repeated.

The menu has a lot of choice, abundant dishes. The complimentary appetizer brought to while away the wait for the ordered dish was very welcome. I liked the relaxing atmosphere which gave you the opportunity to talk to other diners without having to shout

I had lunch at the Roadhouse in Spezia and the steak was amazing. Here I got the tagliatelle with truffle sauce and I was disappointed. The meat is tough, with nervous parts to be discarded. I struggled to chew it. The sauce is industrial, you can taste it, it doesn't have a good truffle flavour. Failed, I'll try again with a rib eye. Excellent service.

I have been a customer of the roadhouse in general and of the Modena one in particular for several years. Unfortunately, I have to lower my previous rating as in recent visits I have seen a notable deterioration in the quality of the food offered. Sandwiches made with lower quality bread, smaller and less refined. Service was quite slow, on an evening when the place was half full, 45 minutes passed from when we arrived to when we were served. I'm sorry but it seems to have fallen to the level of other fast-food restaurants while maintaining a higher price range.

Good sandwiches and salads, average prices... good that the portions are generous.
Unfortunately, out of 3 meat dishes, 2 (rib steak and grilled) were tough.
