We are already on the third/fourth or maybe fifth time that we try a Roadhouse location, even if they are present in different locations the quality is always the same. High and the same can be said of the bill. This tour we tried a sliced ​​chicken with a side of battered vegetables and Picanha with thick chips which as always did not disappoint us. The service, however, left us a little perplexed as upon arrival they made us sit in the waiting places even though there were several free tables ⚠️ Be careful that the side dishes are not included ⚠️.

The food met my expectations, pre-cooked and heated in the microwave but at least the taste wasn't bad. Leaving this aside, the staff seemed courteous but hasty, probably the fault of one of the managers who (I hope only that evening) was very annoyed towards the other employees so for this reason alone I give 2 stars for the service

I only gave three stars because of a blonde waitress who definitely could never work for me. Cold to say the least, she uses "kind" phrases with a formal tone and above all does not accept customer criticism. I witnessed a scene where a customer asks her to remove some foam from the beer, apologizing for the request (there was actually half the foam in the glass). Without saying anything, the waitress took the glass from her hands and placed it on a table to go and do another service with a disgusted face. I found her rude to say the least. To do this job you need passion, friendliness and a smile even for the most extravagant requests. You can respond in kind and politely to rude people, but you cannot be sulky and cold for the entire work shift. I recommend selecting more cheerful people, customers will certainly have more incentive to return.
