Good food, but nothing exceptional considering the price/service ratio. Last time, the glasses were changed.

I regularly take advantage of Ribs's All You Can Eat offer on Sundays, and this is my favorite RH restaurant. The meat is always good and the place is very welcoming, but unfortunately, last night's experience with the service has prompted me to write a review to highlight a problem. After my first two courses of ribs, I waited over 30 minutes without receiving any further service, after which I decided to get up and pay. No one checked whether my order had been placed, no one picked up my finished dish, and no one asked for dessert or additional drinks, as is usually the case. It's also my fault, as I'm depressed and introverted. I hate waving my arms and attracting the waiter's attention, so I waited with bated breath. I definitely should have called someone, but I always see it as disrespectful to those who work in such a stressful industry as the restaurant industry. That said, I don't blame the wait staff either, and here I highlight the problem that led me to write this review. In the 30 minutes I observed the staff, the three-person dining room staff didn't stop for a moment. The place filled up exponentially, with the addition of couriers with JustEat/Glovo orders to handle and customers at the register. There wasn't a fixed person, but one of the three dining room staff had to "notice" that customers wanted to pay and leave, interrupt service in the dining room, and handle them (yes, I even waited to pay, albeit very briefly). Visually, I think RH is the place with the most customers in the Romanina district; three people in the dining room on a Sunday evening is unacceptable. If I had worked in that context, I probably would have also accidentally "ignored" the silent customer given the workload. I urge management to reconsider. ✌🏻

Well-stocked restaurant, excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. A rarity in a shopping mall. A truly positive experience: the dishes are carefully crafted and high-quality, with fresh and beautifully presented ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, perfect for both a quick lunch and a more relaxed dinner. The staff is distinguished by their courtesy and helpfulness, making every visit pleasant. Recommended for those looking for good food in a commercial setting.

It's now a regular stop during my work breaks. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are always new menus and everything is delicious, excellent value for money! Recommended.

Excellent restaurant, good value for money and good food. On Sundays, they offer an all-you-can-eat BBQ ribs menu, truly delicious.

if you eat well....for those who are happy with the hamburger...the fries are also very good....

I was truly impressed by the speed of service: as soon as I ordered, the dishes arrived in record time, perfect for those short on time but still wanting quality. The place is extremely clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate every request with a smile. Highly recommended for a quick lunch break or a casual dinner in a pleasant and tidy environment!

We stopped here on our way back from the south. The waiters were very kind, especially the dark-haired guy with glasses! Perfect service!
