Edit: I returned after three weeks to give it a try and give it a try. The service experience was top-notch, and I'm very happy to say: I'm updating my review and increasing the rating. ✌🏻 The food and location are always good.
I regularly take advantage of Ribs' All You Can Eat offer on Sundays, and this is my favorite Ribs restaurant. The meat is always good and the place is very welcoming. Unfortunately, last night's experience with the service prompted me to write a review to highlight a problem.
After the first two Ribs dishes, I waited over 30 minutes without receiving any further service, after which I decided to get up and pay. No one checked whether my order had been placed successfully, no one picked up my finished dish, and no one asked for dessert or additional drinks, as is usually the case.
It's also my fault, as a depressed and introverted person. I hate waving my arms and attracting the waiter's attention, so I waited with confidence. I definitely should have called someone, but I always see it as disrespectful to those who work in such a stressful industry as the restaurant industry.
That said, I don't blame the dining room staff either, and here I highlight the problem that led me to this review. In the 30 minutes I observed the staff, the three-person dining room staff didn't stop for a moment. The place filled up exponentially, with the addition of couriers with JustEat/Glovo orders to handle and customers at the register, as there wasn't a fixed person; one of the three dining room staff members had to "notice" that customers wanted to pay and leave, interrupt the service in the dining room, and handle them (yes, I even waited to pay, albeit very briefly).
Visually, I think RH is the place with the most customers inside the Romanina; three people in the dining room on a Sunday evening is unacceptable. If I were working there, I probably would have accidentally "ignored" the silent customer given the workload. I urge management to reconsider.
