First time at this Road House, but a longtime customer of this chain. I ordered a Road House steak, medium rare, and it was excellent. This was followed by cheeseballs, steamed spinach, and quesadillas, all with fresh microfiltered still water (I think 1 liter), in an elegant glass bottle. Lastly, I finished on a sweet note with the delicious deluxe coffee and its sweets, which at this refreshment point even asked me what flavor I wanted, even giving me a choice of sugar. The service was satisfactory; I saw young, pretty girls who were even smiling at me at times, which is very important for a customer. Ample outdoor parking is available, and it's also adjacent to a very respectable supermarket. I will definitely be back, without a doubt. The first time was very good.

I ordered two takeout sandwiches at 7:25 PM and they were delivered at 8:20 PM. The wait is unjustifiable since the restaurant was only half full. It's either the staff is poorly trained or they're understaffed. It's a shame because it's one of the few roadhouses where the quality is still good.

Friendly staff, excellent food. Sandwiches are tasty and large again. The grilled meat and ribs are good. A regular weekly stop.

The staff is very kind and helpful, young but professional, they put you at ease and explain very well both the menu and the promotions or the app. Really good!! We will be back!

*Review update 2025: As the years have gone by, the service has gotten much worse, even when the place is half empty... they make you wait several minutes for everything (from the first order to taking away the dish after you have finished eating, from ordering dessert and coffee to their arrival at the table). There is often a turnover of staff. As for the food, years ago the meat was seasoned during cooking, for at least a couple of years it has been cooked by itself and sometimes they get the requested cooking wrong! All of the above also applies to other places in the chain (Roadhouse c/o il Globo in Busnago, Roadhouse in Pioltello). I hope they can improve again. *Review of 2021: Excellent meat both cooked and in the form of Tartare! If you go without a reservation you wait a little and then they give you a table. I recommend it!!

After the restyling the place has become more comfortable. The food is good, classic roadhouse.
