I recently went to this chain restaurant and was very satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very professional. In particular, the director, who was wearing a gray shirt, was extremely courteous and competent. He recommended a cut of meat that I had never tried before and I'm happy I followed his suggestion - it was truly exceptional. One aspect that I particularly appreciated was the fact that, although the dessert was not to my liking, the manager promptly resolved the situation and made a cancellation without problems. This level of customer attention demonstrates how much the service is oriented towards customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this restaurant for a positive dining experience and high quality service.

One quiet evening, my husband and I on the road saw this Roadhouse and decided to stop for dinner. It was a nice surprise to enjoy excellent food (not greasy and tasty potatoes, meat cooked as requested and very tender, not greasy, freshly opened sauces). Impeccable service, with courtesy and promptness. We were pleasantly satisfied, also because in other Roadhouse restaurants we had not had the same pleasant experience on so many fronts: kindness of the staff, speed of service and quality of the food. We were struck by the care dedicated to the little things. We will definitely come back and invite friends! I gave 4 stars for the lights because I would make them a little dim for the evening.
