Posto accogliente, personale gentile e simpatico. Ci ha servito una ragazza mora, con gli occhiali con un gran bel sorriso e super disponibile. Se si potesse sapere il nome non sarebbe male ahah

I returned to the Roadhouse after some time to have lunch with my son, but unfortunately the experience was not the best. The picanha was excessively greasy and not very tender, while the steak was decent, but nothing exceptional. The plain fries were good, but the cheddar ones were a disappointment: instead of melted cheese, we got cold cream on top. Even the Coca-Cola was watered down, which is not expected in a place like this. The only positive aspect: the staff, always friendly and helpful. However, the prices are too high compared to the overall quality of the food. It's a shame, because in the past the experience was much better.

Not very satisfied with the service, something was missing every two or three... and first the nachos and then the sauces and then the salt.... bah.... otherwise the usual.

Always good food, friendly, fast and polite guys. Air-conditioned environment from congestion and music too loud. It is not a place where it is pleasant to sit and eat.

I ordered a truly phenomenal cut of beef and the staff was really kind and helpful; Well done. Little to say on the account, quality at the right price.
