24/06/2025: Excellent service with helpful and friendly staff

16/06/2025: We visited Old Wild West this evening with family because it was raining and were truly shocked (in the best way) by what we witnessed. At 6 PM, the restaurant was packed — over 30 people seated, with more waiting to be seated — and there was only ONE staff member running the entire show! He took orders, served food, cleared tables, managed new guests, and still stayed calm, polite, and professional throughout. His communication in English was excellent, and he handled the pressure with such grace and efficiency. It’s not something you often see in Germany we were genuinely amazed watching him manage it all alone. Big respect to this hardworking gentleman. The experience was not just about food, but also about witnessing real dedication and work ethic. Hope the management recognizes and supports him — he truly deserves it!
