The hotel staff is very friendly and pleasant. They are willing to help if you need specific information about where you are staying or about traveling further. There is a large free parking lot near the hotel. The interior is older but everything seems clean and tidy and everything worked in the room and bathroom. Considering the number of stars of the hotel, I don't know if the overall rating is 4 or 5. However, I give 4 as an incentive to the owners to always improve their business.

The hotel is a bit dated but very clean with every comfort, the owners are kind and very helpful. Breakfast with a good choice between sweet and savory. Excellent location both for the center and for the funicular. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, only the fridge is missing but if you need it you can ask them to keep something cool. I recommend it

We stayed in the Hotel la Riviera for 3 nights, it is a very welcoming, quiet and well-connected place, located in a strategic position that allows you to reach the centre, the spa and the station in a few minutes on foot. Ideal for visiting cities such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, also easily reachable by train, if you don't want to use the car. The fuel filling stations and the motorway toll booth are also within walking distance. Less than a hundred meters away there are two large free car parks. It is a family-run hotel and the owners Alessio, Vincenzo and his wife are exquisite, kind and friendly people, ready to advise, they made us feel truly at home. They gave us a very comfortable triple room, with an independent single room attached. Extreme cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Excellent quality/price ratio.
