The hotel complex is very spacious; each bungalow offers privacy and some even have two seating areas. The interior is simple and functional, and our beds were very comfortable. The entire complex is well-maintained. The distances between the bungalows, restaurants, beach, and sports facilities can be long; vehicles are recommended for families with small children.

The location directly on the sea, with a private beach, is unbeatable! Each house comes with an umbrella and lounge chairs. You can enjoy a lovely stroll along the promenade by the resort. I also really like the complex itself; it feels a bit like being in the forest. The check-in was very friendly. I agree with the comments regarding the condition of the buildings. Most are very old and barely modernized. Something urgently needs to be done here, for example, the bathrooms need to be renovated. In my opinion, the bidets could be removed entirely, which would create more space for a larger shower. The faucet on the sink is so short that the water barely flows into the basin. Washing hands comfortably is impossible. The kitchen cabinets also need to be replaced, and the extractor hood needs a proper vent to the outside. What's missing from the kitchen equipment: Large glasses, a paring knife, and a Parmesan grater. In the land of pasta, these are a must! Otherwise, everything we needed was there. We found the beds perfectly fine and quite comfortable. If you don't like the Italian duvet, it's better to bring your own. Each house has a parking space, and I also saw electric charging stations on site. The operators should thoroughly inspect the houses between tenants and proactively address any defects. In our case, the extractor hood was dirty, the plug in the sink was missing, and the shower wouldn't drain. All of these were fixed after a complaint, but they shouldn't have happened in the first place. The terrace railing is very cracked and crumbling, probably not very safe. This also needs to be addressed. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings; the atmosphere was very pleasant. The family-friendliness could also be improved. And I don't mean the treatment of children; that was exceptionally good! We asked for a high chair for the house, €13/day! That's completely unacceptable, far too expensive! If you're staying for two weeks, it's easier to buy a new one and then leave it there. A crib would also cost extra, etc. To be even more attractive to families, a set of equipment for small children should be provided, ideally free of charge or at least very inexpensively. The playgrounds need to be checked for safety; the equipment didn't look great, rather unkempt. What bothered me was that the cleaning staff often smoked on their way to the houses. I don't know how this is regulated in Italy, but I'm not allowed to smoke at work in Germany. The pool area also needs modernization, and perhaps new tiles in the pools wouldn't be a bad idea. I enjoyed swimming there in the mornings. Unfortunately, the children's pool isn't heated and therefore wasn't suitable for our little one (<1 year old). There's also no shade over the pool. The lifeguard was very nice and accommodating. Conclusion: A holiday resort with a lot of potential that the operators should take advantage of! I wish those in charge would respond to the reviews, as that's part of customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. There's a small supermarket on site; you can get (almost) everything you need. The prices are perfectly reasonable and no higher than at the large supermarket in town. The staff are very friendly. Regarding the restaurants: We tried Magu. The outdoor seating is very nice, the food was good, but the pizza could have been crispier. Prices are reasonable. The service was very friendly. The only thing that bothered us was the live music, which was very loud. The music was generally very loud, no matter where you are, even at the pool. Especially since there are children everywhere, the music has to be turned down. We didn't want to try Mistral. The place looks more like a beach kiosk, not very inviting. Not like the photos on the website. As I said, we didn't eat there, but the first impression was off-putting, even though the menu sounds good online.

Great food . Great place to stay

As soon as we returned from this vacation, I thought, "It's a dream," having been deceived by the inconsistent images I'd seen on the website. Starting with the price, which I thought was excessive for just an overnight stay (€1,483), I initially added dinner at the garden, which I later removed via WhatsApp so as not to be forced to always dine there and, if I wanted to go out, still pay for an unused service... the beach is nice and spacious, but they don't give you two loungers, but two deckchairs and a lounger to share. The beach bar/restaurant would be nice if it were better maintained and the staff paid more attention to customers, as the service was very slow and unresponsive. It wasn't clear if they even came to the table to take your order. The fact is, we made do for five days, with wrong orders, coffees left on the counter, and drinks left cold due to forgetfulness. The staff are nice and always smiling, but for goodness' sake, a season on Lake Garda would have lasted two hours. Few amenities, no newsstand, and you have to go out to find a tobacconist. The villas were poorly maintained, dated, and cramped for all the beds they offered. The TV was only in the living room on a small stand that you couldn't even turn to see better while sitting on the couch... with three channels plus Tuscan news... I'd rather skip the service. On the other hand, going out into the center I found many restaurants where we ate, from fish to meat, very good and with very reasonable prices unlike the village.... well, it's more of a village than a resort... having finished the holidays with a little bitterness we return to work

The resort is beautiful and I would return... but there are some criticisms... we had the half-board hotel formula, the classic room was very small and the bathroom was a bit moldy, and the Wi-Fi worked throughout the resort except in our room. We reported it to reception three times, but the technician's intervention was unsuccessful. The entertainment team was very good at sports activities, including muscle toning on the beach and aqua sculpting in the pool. In the evenings, there were only dances (the dancers were all very good), but no comedy or theater shows like most resorts offer. The food and breakfast at the Orto restaurant were very good. The bars offered limited choices at lunchtime, and the coffee was awful, and seemed salty. The parking was convenient, practically behind the room, and the resort was beautiful, surrounded by greenery in the shade of oaks and holm oaks. The beach was very beautiful and quiet, narrow and long, with a decent sea.

Hello everyone. We've been going to Riva degli Etrusci, with interruptions, since 2006 because we really like the location and the bungalows/reserved beach spot. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer up to date. The bungalows are functional, but also showing their age. Previously, towels/bed linens/cleaning were changed weekly. Nowadays, you have to stay for at least 11 days. We had the Ansonica category, a really nice location, but unfortunately, there were a lot of ants in the house and on the terrace. Strong winds caused severe algae pollution with an unpleasant odor on the beach. We couldn't get to the water directly from our beach spot until the end of our vacation; the carpet of dirt was over 2 meters wide and hadn't been removed. You had to walk the beach and see where you could get into the water. We know the complex, which has daily beach cleaning. There's no sign of that anymore. Too bad.

Unfortunately, things have changed since I first stayed there...4 years ago, but for the worse! I'm so sorry for the place, it's unique and wonderful...it's a real shame 😔

We stayed at this wonderful property in July. The sea was beautiful, and the beach staff were really nice and polite. The rooms were dated and had many problems, but basically, we only stayed in the room for a short time because we were on vacation. The Orto restaurant was too disorganized. I hope things have improved now that the season is over. The truly positive note was the great PETER PAN ENTERTAINMENT team, full of energy, positivity, and above all professionalism. Wonderful shows every evening, very friendly kids' club, and fantastic water aerobics. Thanks guys!

Our stay was wonderful. Nature accompanied us for all 7 days. The restaurants were all very well-organized, but the real highlight was the entertainment team, which gave us truly fantastic shows. It's not easy to find professionals at resorts other than simple entertainers, but we were lucky. Great dancers and singers... The choreography and sets were top-notch. Everyone was great, even the kids' club.

A dream vacation on the Etruscan coast. I had the privilege of staying in this corner of paradise from July 16th to 30th, with my ninety-year-old mother and teenage daughters—in short, three generations of women with different needs and tastes. We chose one of the villas nestled in the park, just steps from an enchanting beach equipped with just two rows of ultra-spaced umbrellas and all the amenities within easy reach in a relaxing and tranquil setting. The three swimming pools in the residence area are also splendid, with spacious areas equipped with gazebos and loungers. We, however, opted for the beach, except for a few afternoons spent at the Mariva pool, located in the five-star section of the resort, which is much quieter and surrounded by greenery just a few meters from the sea. The dining options within the resort are varied and excellent. We tried all the restaurants: we loved the pizza at Magoo and also appreciated the Orto restaurant, with dishes prepared with local products and the freshest vegetables, but our favorites were Nautico and Mariva. Nautico, especially in the evening, offers a breathtaking view of the islands of Elba and Capraia, and on clear days you can even see Corsica, as we did. The fish is incredibly fresh and the menu is delicious. Mariva, in the five-star area, on the other hand, is pure refinement: an exceptional chef served us exquisite dishes, meticulously prepared not only for their taste but also for their presentation. Another aspect I'd like to highlight is the level of safety, cleanliness, and kindness we encountered. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and special treatment was given to my elderly mother, who was always accompanied by a golf cart to every corner of the village. I would like to extend a special thank you to the manager, Mr. Luca, a top-notch professional with extensive experience, but above all a person of great sensitivity. He welcomed us like family and was able to meet the needs of my entire family. This vacation, thanks in part to him, will forever remain in our hearts. We will return and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality, tranquility, and nature. Alessandra P.
