We only ate there, so my review doesn't concern the hotel but only the restaurant: the service (Nico) was truly attentive and precise. The dishes were plentiful and well-cooked, and the price was reasonable. We ate spaghetti with clams, gnocchi with scampi, grilled vegetables, and seafood salads: everything was incredibly fresh and, most importantly, served on a splendid veranda overlooking the lake.

A good restaurant on the lake. Excellent meat and fish. If you're on the shores of Lake Bolsena, I'd definitely visit Capodimonte.

Today after work, we stopped at the Riva Blu restaurant in Capodimonte. To keep things light, we skipped the appetizer and started the meal right away with a plate of fettuccine with scampi cream and fried calamari and shrimp with fries. My husband's fettuccine was very tasty and had a truly exceptional creamy sauce; he even mopped up the sauce with bread! The fried fish was good, although it could have been crispier. The fries were good. Although the lunch was quick, overall, we had a good time. The location is a little dated, but still clean. Clean bathrooms. Rating 8
