Our absolute favorite restaurant.
We came to eat at Ritual by chance in 2014. Over time, we've tried several places, especially the meat, as I'm a huge meat lover. Over the past two years, we've found that this one is second to none. It beats all the rest. We frequent the place regularly, about once a month.
I love their Picanha, and I love the owners and their entire staff.
The prices are average, €30-40 per person, and the quality is excellent!
Ignore the reviews that talk about the fat on the Picanha, because that layer of fat is precisely what characterizes that piece of meat. They also have leaner cuts for those who want them. I don't think it's right to write random reviews without the proper information.

Well, the "feijoada" was made with wurstel and chorizo instead of "paio" and "calabresa". Also, the "vinagrete" was made with bell pepper instead of peppers, so no punch, "farofa Yoki", rise was a basmati but not a problem since the important part is the beans. Feijoada alone should be a 1 star.
The caipirinhas are good, "kibe" and "dadinhos de tapioca" are great, best I've had in Italy.
Picanha seems nice. I didn't have it, but the smell and appearance were great.

We ordered rump steak and kibbeh. The meat was as tasty as a picanha, tender and cooked just right. We loved it and will definitely be back.

I was there with my family a few days ago. It exceeded our expectations. Excellent rump steak!! Stone-roasted, served at the table, with sides that truly Brazilian flavor!! Courteous service, and a very good price!!! Keep it up!!! We want to come back next year!!!

On Friday night we had a quick dinner here before going dancing: a picanha steak and a side dish.
The steak is served on a red-hot stone slab: it is put in raw and cut on the spot by the waiters; the cooking is therefore decided by the customer, in the sense that he can remove it from the plate whenever he wants.
The steak is generously sized and the meat is spectacular, tasty and soft; we ate part of it rare and another part we left cooked more, in both cases it retained its softness.
It is served with two condiments, but it was so good without anything, that we didn't use them.
The establishments in that area are always very crowded but the time was in our favor: we found a place at the outdoor tables without difficulty.

Nice place in the center of Turin's nightlife, positioned above the former ice houses of the past. Friendly staff but not very prompt and rather slow, perhaps due to the influx of people in the place, good food, the very soft and succulent pichania is worth eating, Argentinian wine, although recommended by the waitress, was not the best. Desserts do not close the meal with elegance and refined sweetness. Super sweet and strange texture.

Locale posizionato in una delle zone più vivaci della città. Ristorante davvero allegro dotato di un'ottima atmosfera creata da personale simpatico ed assolutamente all'altezza. Si mangia tipica cucina brasiliana ma non stile all you can eat di carne ma con menù alla carta. Il piatto forte è senza dubbio la picanha servita cotta al sangue su una piastra che arriva al tavolo ancora rovente. Buonissimo anche il riso brasiliano con i fagioli e la cheesecake al lime...promosso a pieni voti.
