Delicious and authentic food, super friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. We couldn't really decide what to eat and were given very detailed information about the dishes. It's great that you can see most of the dishes in the display case. It was also no problem to simply order half portions of the different items so you could try a few things! To finish off, we had a glass of homemade limoncello on the house. A definite recommendation if you prefer authentic food and atmosphere to expensive tourist spots.

Very friendly, fast, and personable. Great dishes. Unfortunately, they heat them up in the microwave, which works better for some (e.g., eggplant parmesan casserole) and less well for others (arancini, polpette).

Very friendly service, a cozy and informal atmosphere, and above all, super delicious food! There's no menu, but you can go to the bar and have each dish explained to you in detail. If you're undecided, you can also order various small portions. Definitely worth a visit!

We'd been to Ritter a while ago and remembered the counter where you can choose from the specials. There are regular daily specials listed on a blackboard. The service was top-notch. Very friendly and accommodating. The value for money was also excellent.

The stuffed peppers may look simple but they are amazing, full of meat and amazing flavor. I had to go in and ask the chef for the recipe.

Those who expect to feel at the seaside in the center of Bolzano cannot miss the dishes of this place. They are fresh, cooked just right, delicate and plentiful and at fantastic prices
