Ristoro S. Augusta In Vittorio veneto

We were there on a cold Saturday evening in late November. You arrive by car along a narrow road and park 600 meters from the restaurant. We had two children. A short evening stroll (with a flashlight, and the kids had fun holding the flashlights) brings you to this place that seems to have stepped out of a time machine. The atmosphere is like a refuge, with a fire burning in the room. The view from above of Vittorio Veneto is beautiful, illuminated. The welcome is sincere and friendly. The food is good and authentic. The wine is also good. It's a shame it was cold, because it must be lovely to eat outside with a view. We'll definitely be back. Be careful with your GPS, which doesn't provide much signal. Check your route carefully before starting the walk in the dark.

Excellent management in a very particular environment

Starting from the center of Vittorio Veneto and climbing the Santa Augusta steps, we reached the sanctuary and had lunch at the restaurant. A platter of cold cuts and cheeses shared between us, two portions of pappardelle with duck ragù, a water, a beer, and a coffee: €42. Delicious food, a spectacular view, and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service: the waiters and owner were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
