We were here again in 2026, just like last year. It's still absolutely wonderful here. Fantastic local products, mostly homemade. The Kaiserschmarrn, always freshly made, deserves a top rating. The soups are simply delicious, too. The fresh buttermilk is highly recommended. The landlady is very kind and friendly. It's a place you'll always want to visit.

Unpretentious and down-to-earth. A clear menu without any fuss, just what you want on a hike. And the prices are really fair. Delicious and authentic, made with products from their own farm. We were there four years ago. They still have the best dumplings around :-)

I've been a regular for years...they have the best bacon dumplings in my opinion. Everything is delicious and fresh. Very friendly hosts. The terrace has a unique location with a fantastic view over the Vinschgau valley.

14/06/2026: had two scoops of gelatos, pistachio and ricotta cheese, with cones. They are delicious!!
13/06/2026: I had it in a pistachio caramel cup. It was chewy and delicious. It was so good that for a second round, I tried the Gardena cream and raspberry cone; the cream had nuts in it and was really tasty, and the raspberries had pits to chew on. The cone was tasty and filling. It was 5 euros x 2 = 10 euros, but it was a taste you can only get in Italy. Also, all the staff were very friendly.
