It was beutiful! The food was very good and the vibe and music were very relaxed! Our server was very polite. We were seated at a table with a View over the street and the food and drinks came very quickly. It was amazing!!!

A pleasant discovery in the heart of Tivoli. A well-kept restaurant, friendly staff, and quality food. The portions are generous, and I reiterate the quality and attention to detail found in every single dish. The restaurant and staff are pet-friendly.
I'll definitely be returning often.
Yesterday I returned for my birthday; they reserved a very special and romantic dining room/cave for me. The dishes were impeccable and generous, complemented by the friendly owner and service. Definitely a new go-to.

Abbiamo scelto il Ristoro del Colle per festeggiare le nostre nozze d’argento, è stata un’esperienza molto positiva, sia dal punto di vista gastronomico che di accoglienza da parte del personale e del proprietario, sempre disponibili e professionali.

Confermate le ottime recensioni che ci avevano indotto a prenotare. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
