I had the pleasure of finding this restaurant somewhat by chance and it was an excellent discovery. I enjoyed some really excellent fish in a panoramic location in the center of Tivoli. From the welcome to the service, everything is impeccable, but the real protagonist is the food. I recommend coming here and letting yourself be conquered, above all, by the flavors of the sea.

I went to Ristoro del Colle for a birthday. When we booked we asked for a vegan selection to be prepared for me. I had a great time! All dishes were very tasty, carefully prepared and presented. The pasta with fresh cherry tomato and olive sauce was exceptional. Rosy looked after our table and was great.

I went to Tivoli for a walk out of town. We decided to stay and eat in the center of Tivoli and obviously we relied on the various reviews. Overall a good experience. The view that is mentioned in other reviews is not who knows what in the sense that in any case you overlook what I believe was a factory and which is now abandoned. In any case, looking further there is a beautiful panorama. The window in the room is beautiful. Kind staff.
