A welcoming and well-maintained restaurant nestled in the greenery beneath the waterfalls. We ate fresh, excellent fish. A wide variety of wine selection and excellent pairings with any type of food. Spectacular desserts. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and attentive to the needs of even the little ones.

Very nice place and excellent service; the bonbons were delicious, and the sautéed mussels were delicious. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the salmon; everything else was average. The company and service by Rosy were superb (I passed the exam), and she recommended a good wine to accompany my dinner.

In the heart of Tivoli, we discovered Nelle Logge, a truly exceptional restaurant! 😍 Everything was exquisite, truly delicious. We chose fish dishes and were extremely satisfied: well-cooked and carefully presented. Special thanks to the waiters, especially Gabriele and Rosi: helpful, polite, and friendly—they made us feel welcomed from start to finish!! We'll definitely be back, highly recommended! ⭐🐟

Excellent food, polite staff, beautiful place

A friend invited me to this restaurant, and I have to say I had a wonderful time. I loved the location—so much light, spacious spaces, and everything was very well-curated and professionally done. We chose fish, and the selection was excellent. I found everything delicious and enjoyable, from the starters to the main courses and desserts. The wine list was excellent, and the staff was always helpful and friendly, ready to answer any questions. A wonderful experience.

Ristoro del Colle: Fresh Seafood in the Heart of Tivoli Location and Ambience: Located in Tivoli's historic center, Ristoro del Colle is a beautiful restaurant with a view that has chosen to firmly focus on seafood, while also accommodating those who prefer vegetarian or meat-based options. The restaurant's strong point is undoubtedly the freshest fish, carefully selected and well-prepared. The attention to the quality of the ingredients and the expertise in showcasing them are evident. The menu's variety also caters to those who don't like fish, with appropriate alternatives. The excellent spirits are another highlight, a sign of careful research, even in the after-dinner offerings. Service is mixed. The dining room staff is very friendly and helpful, immediately creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, when the restaurant fills up, some issues emerge: there's a bit of confusion, and the service suffers, resulting in less efficiency and somewhat excessive wait times. An aspect that needs work to ensure a consistent experience even on peak evenings. The desserts I tried (berry tartlet and puff pastry with cream) are, in my opinion, a weak point. The desserts definitely need improvement and aren't up to par with the quality of the main menu. A real shame, considering that the end of the meal is an important part of the overall gastronomic experience. Ristoro del Colle is a restaurant worth trying for the quality of the fish and the careful selection of raw materials. Reservations are recommended and, if possible, opt for less crowded times to fully enjoy the service. Treat yourself to a spirit at the end of the meal.

We went for a birthday. What can I say about someone who doesn't eat fish and who finally ate? The staff is very welcoming and attentive to all the details, the food is very fresh and well cooked. Really, recommended for Tivoli which is a tourist town.

Enchanting place...we celebrated New Year's Eve! and slept in Tivoli! Absolute peace ☺️☺️

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, nestled in the "real" Tivoli, a stone's throw from where my mother was born.....excellent tasting menu, well-stocked wine list, fair prices and friendly service. I'll 100% be back.
