Abbiamo scelto il Ristoro del Colle per festeggiare le nostre nozze d’argento, è stata un’esperienza molto positiva, sia dal punto di vista gastronomico che di accoglienza da parte del personale e del proprietario, sempre disponibili e professionali. Locale molto curato. Consigliato sia per banchetti che per cene intime.

Confermate le ottime recensioni che ci avevano indotto a prenotare. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Servizio molto premuroso e cortese della cameriera di origine sarda (non ricordo il nome). Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Gradita l’accoglienza pet-friendly. Alla prossima

I was there yesterday for a tasting, excellent combinations studied between food and wines, coordinated and fast service for the type of event. Dishes aesthetically beautiful and also good. Very fair price, even cheap, for the products offered. Pleasant experience, I think I'll go back to try the à la carte menu too.

Amazing! An unexpected lunch, we happened upon it and chose it immediately for the atmosphere that the windows overlooking the valley create. Then we were even happier with the food, which was really good, but even more so with Rosy's kindness. Truly excellent, highly recommended

After a visit to the beautiful Gregorian villa, we ended up by chance in this restaurant with fish cuisine... being from Civitavecchia, a fishing town, I was very hesitant... I ordered lobster linguine and fried calamari, I waited a while as it was Sunday and the restaurant was crowded, but the wait was worth it! The owner and staff were very kind and above all excellent food! We will definitely see each other again 👍 Thanks for everything. P.S. The Tiramisu was delicious 😋

I had the pleasure of finding this restaurant somewhat by chance and it was an excellent discovery. I enjoyed some really excellent fish in a panoramic location in the center of Tivoli. From the welcome to the service, everything is impeccable, but the real protagonist is the food. I recommend coming here and letting yourself be conquered, above all, by the flavors of the sea.

09/06/2025: The park is beautiful, located in a green area surrounded by many trees and a beautiful view. The cost is a little high for the adventures. One flaw to note: It's very annoying to have to leave the park to go to the bar. The bar service is very slow and for the third time in a row the POS does not work. Come with cash. The aperitif is plentiful and in my opinion it is a dinner in itself, 13 euros is right for a beer and a platter of cheeses, cured meats, fried battered vegetables.
09/06/2025: We celebrated my daughter's birthday in the forest room! Giulia was welcoming and very good at managing everything!

Il Fiammifero Strano

25/06/2025: After a stroll in the park my family and I found this wonderful restaurant by accident. The staff was great and extremely friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes based on their recommendations and we absolutely loved all of the choices. My wife loved their house wine. In the end, they even treated us to some cookies. The food is very reasonably priced, but more importantly it was exquisite! Highly recommend Fiammifero!
21/06/2025: Spritz is good for €8, it's very reasonable. After the average pizzas, the desserts aren't homemade.
