The restaurant at Carmine is located above the town of Miane and offers a beautiful view of the town and the Prosecco hills. The very nice and well-furnished place offers excellent local dishes, good meat main courses. Must try the inevitable skewer and the appetizers..be careful, everything is plentiful, excellent service..well done 💯 ❤️👍🏻

Newly managed restaurant, Leonard took over this place after his experience gained mainly at the old farm and brought his mastery and creativity to the kitchen and the dishes... and this is very noticeable. Refined, elegant dishes with generous portions, high-level cuisine which however embraces tradition and the desire to fill the belly as well as the eyes and create an experience. Polite and friendly staff, the guy who takes care of the wines is also excellent, well prepared and with good knowledge. We will try the experience of a dinner with a menu already decided (my son's confirmation) but I think we won't be disappointed given the experience we had the first time. Full speed ahead Leo, and I hope that the difficulty in finding staff will be resolved as soon as possible.

To spend a Sunday in company we decide to go to this restaurant just above Miane. The place is very beautiful and with an exceptional view over the entire valley. The restaurant is very reminiscent of the typical mountain restaurant with terracotta floors and exposed beams. The staff is prepared and even when we ask particular questions they do their utmost to give quick and precise answers. The food is very good (I recommend the venison stew) and the dishes are also refined and beautiful to look at, which is difficult to find in places like this. Unfortunately the service was a sore point as it took us 3.30 hours to eat! We were obviously annoyed by this, but the owner was careful to recognize that they had some difficulties in the kitchen and apologized to us by accommodating us on the final price (among other things the POS was not working due to a tree falling on the telephone line a few days before, it was really a bad day for them) We appreciated the honesty and availability. For this reason we will definitely return to verify it was just a bad day. Given this, I can definitely recommend it.
