Next to the charming little church of the Madonna del Carmine, above Miane, is the Ristoro Al Carmine, a restaurant I visited a year ago. The experience was already positive then, but today—under new management—there's a clear improvement. The space, both inside and especially outside, has been renovated and better organized, with more thoughtful table arrangements and more attentive service. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, and they even informed us openly about the wait times for some of the freshly prepared dishes. The food is very good, with particular attention to the quality of the ingredients and preparation. The only slight drawbacks: the slightly higher prices than in the past and the slightly smaller portions. But this doesn't detract from the pleasure of dining in such a peaceful place, immersed in nature. *A plus that makes all the difference*: on these summer evenings, the restaurant offers a cool and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff was so thoughtful as to *bring blankets* for those who were feeling a bit chilly at the outdoor tables. *In summary*: a place with full marks, perfect for a relaxing and authentic dinner amidst the quiet hills. *Definitely worth a try!*

I went for dinner, and I have to say it was very good and unique. All the dishes were very tasty, with fried food pairings. We chose an appetizer menu and two first and second courses, beef cheeks. Everything was well-prepared; the house white wine was good, the red a little less so, but I'm not a great wine connoisseur. The staff was helpful, the atmosphere was welcoming... I don't know why they offered the price. The place is a bit out of the way, but it's worth the effort. I recommend it.

Excellent cuisine and a lovely atmosphere Very good food: I've been here a couple of times already and will definitely be back. The restaurant is run by young, talented people. The only downside is the somewhat long wait times, but I'm sure they'll improve on that as well. I recommend this restaurant for both the quality of the food and its wonderful location.

Excellent location for gatherings of all kinds. The dinner organized for my retirement had an excellent result: exclusive room, possibility of an outdoor aperitif, appreciated food and variety of choice on the menu. The arrangement of the tables overlooking the panorama further enhances the environment... highly recommended!

Sono venuta al Carmine perché mi è stato consigliato da amici. Locale molto bello e staff giovane e gentilissimo. I piatti sono classici ma rivisti da un cuoco molto giovane e talentuoso. Il cibo mangiato era molto buono e piatti preparati con cura. Complimenti!
